Bo and Regina's place was simply wonderful. It is a very peaceful haven in great part of Seattle. Prime location for getting to other parts of the city, and so much available within easy walking distance. Of particular note was the comfort of the king size bed. To top it off, Regina and Bo arranged some of the most perfect spring weather we have ever experienced in Seattle. Many thanks for everything!

Frank and his family are very friendly and easygoing! Feel right at home! The place is very lovely, decorated with flowers and butterfly specimen. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, located in a rural area and close to everything, grocery store, shopping mall, library, freeway etc. Highly recommended!

Kathryn and Tom thought of everything, from cream in the mini fridge, to very detailed, easy to follow directions on how to use things, and welcome snacks. The neighborhood was lovely. Highly recommend!

Ken and Evie’s Airbnb in Seattle was perfect for our trip. This was my family's 1st airbnb we ever stayed in and they gave clear instructions on how to get to their place, which made everything simple from the start. We stayed on the bottom level of their home, and checking in was easy with a key in the lockbox by the garage...they provided the code ahead of time, so there were no issues. The space had everything we needed. There was a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and there were extra blankets and towels for the bedrooms and bathroom. One of our favorite nights was when we picked up king crab legs from Pike Place and made a nice seafood dinner. They’re upfront in their description about having two kids and mentioned that you might hear footsteps sometimes. We did hear them occasionally, but it didn’t bother our family at all...we slept just fine. The price was totally fair, and everything was exactly as described.

Hugo’s place was perfect for a couple days in Seattle for myself, my partner, and my partner’s mom. We live in Portland and we’re in Seattle fairly often, but had not yet stayed in the Fremont area — but now that we know about this place, we would definitely stay again. It was clean, quiet, and an overall excellent value. The location is great, with lots of food options within walking distance in a nice residential area, the park across the street, and downtown touristy stuff just a short drive away. The space was warm and inviting, and Hugo was very communicative and proactive.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Dustin is the best host ! Jacuzzi was wonderful. The service is awesome. Always help me and my wife with recommendations and advice. Next time , I come to Seattle again . Would book with Dustin again !

The place was really clean and very peaceful as well with great amenities. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Street parking can get pretty full but besides that we really enjoyed our stay!

Chibueze was a wonderful host! He was quick to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. He clearly communicated everything and was super kind when we were checking in. The place was spotless and super accommodating for our family. Everything that we needed was there and set up we didn’t have to ask for a thing! We look forward to staying here again when we visit Seattle next! Would recommend to anybody!

awesome place to stay in the Seattle-Bellevue area. hotub and sauna were super nice after snowboarding. place had a lot character and Peter was a great host!

Beautiful location - great ocean and mountain views and walkable to parks, playground, the beach and shops. Cozy inside, everything we needed for our family stay. 10/10 recommend!

The apartment is well appointed, cozy and darling. The design, from layout to furnishing to art is A+++ Any concern about noise from the family upstairs or the neighborhood street was unfounded; we only heard the occasional footfall. Thank you for the perfect last-minute stay… I hope to be back!

Loved our stay! Happy to have off street parking in a safe neighborhood. Only a 10 min Uber to downtown. Awesome views, comfortable space, clear instructions from hosts with all needed info. Hoping to come back to Seattle soon, and will absolutely use this house again! Perfect experience, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was our second time staying here, so obviously we liked it. Great location in Capital Hill. Quiet. Excellent hosts, always welcoming. Comfortable space, firm enough bed, everything you need to make your stay easy and relaxing. We come to Seattle often and always look to see if this place is available.

Loved coming “home” to cook a light meal with the screened door open and listening to the birds. Bed is comfy! I am a pillow person! There were many. The place was just as described. I come to the area on business and am now spoiled.

We really enjoyed Nancy's place. It was centrally located but peaceful and close to the Arboretum, which was gorgeous. The high chair and crib for our baby were very helpful. The remodeling of the place and decorations are very stylish!

Julie was great , she had thought of every little thing that one may need for example she had ear plug , make up remover wipes and even an espresso pot . She was amazing and felt right at home.

The newly-renovated suite was absolutely lovely, spotless, and with lots of attention to detail. Everything one could possibly need on a trip was provided for. The only minor downside was that the suite has limited daylight as it is in the basement. Sandy and Mark were kind and considerate. I highly recommend the suite and would be glad to stay there again on my next trip to Seattle.

This was by far the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in! The space was perfectly laid out, and with it being above the garage it felt very private. Christopher and Jenny have taken the time to label the kitchen, bathroom, and closet to make finding items easy. They had personal touches throughout, from a welcome sign with our (and our pups’ and bird’s) name on it, to a handwritten postcard welcoming us to their spot. We always travel with our pets, and this place was easily one of the most friendly to them. It felt like they truly enjoyed hosting visitors, instead of this just being an extra income source, which sets it apart from a lot of other good bnbs. This one was great! Affordable and super convenient to downtown, although we found ourselves spending the majority of our time strolling around West Seattle and the beautiful neighborhoods there. We will be staying again on our next visit!
