La casa es preciosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una zona tranquila, la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre obtuvimos una respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas, todo muy limpio, las instrucciones para el acceso muy claras, todo funcionaba perfecto, la recomiendo 100%, la pasamos muy bien!

La casa es muy linda y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. Cerca del Automercado y con mucha seguridad. Peggy siempre muy atenta a nuestra llegada y a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Fijo es un lugar al que vamos a volver.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage und das Haus haben alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Danny & das Team waren immer freundlich und zugänglich. Als wir festgestellt haben, dass Wespen ein Nest am Haus bauten, war das Team innerhalb von einer Stunde da und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Der Pool war sauber und in bester Kondition. Wir haben besten Urlaub gehabt und kommen gern wieder!

My second time staying at this Villa! We decided to bring my daughters and grandchildren so they could experience a part of Costa Rica. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the beach. Best part of our vacation was the Chefs I hired to cook dinners for us, Chef Felix & Chef Arlen. Villa was perfect for multi generations to enjoy!

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

Definitivamente el mejor lugar, súper seguro, tranquilo y hermoso! Además, es aún más precioso que en las fotos, el trato de Dani fue excepcional, estamos deseando volver pronto y poder seguir disfrutando de este maravilloso lugar!

La maison de Kenneth est très grande . Nous avions passè une super nuit, c'ètait calme. Juste dommage que les equipements soient pas assez entretenu. Mais nous restons tout de même positif sur notre sèjour ici. Kenneth a toujours etait réactif. Nous recommandons son logement.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

„Danke für die schöne Zeit! Das Appartement entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war gut ausgestattet und bot einen wunderbaren Pool sowie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer. Der perfekte Ort, um bei einem Frühstück zu entspannen und den Vögeln zuzusehen. Der Sonnenuntergang war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – einfach fantastisch! Bei Rückfragen war die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for my family. And we loved the yard and pool to splash around in when it was hot out. Fer was always responsive and answered my questions. Only things to note: the parking spot was very tight but was super helpful to have. There are a number of great restaurants nearby, but not really any sidewalks, so be careful! And lastly, it can be loud at night in the neighborhood and there isn't really a front door (it's a screen with a wire frame), so you will hear it. While we were fine, we thought how it would have been different when our kids were younger and woke up more often.

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

Spencer is a legend. The unit was incredible. What a phenomenal host too. So helpful with recommendations and so responsive. Thanks Spencer see you next time!!!!

Lori´s place is simply extraordinary. We have been a bit here and there and the house, the views, the space and the location (particularly how it is immersed in nature) makes this place the best. The pictures look great but the place in reality is even better. Lori was also very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

AMAZING HOSTS, very kind and helpful. They are extremely accurate with all the information they give. This is my new go to Costa Rican Airbnb spot hands down!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is very welcoming and comfortable as well as easy to find and easy parking. Now, the view…that’s amazing!! We were able to relax and enjoy just being there. The outdoor area & pool are very well maintained as is the entire house. Will, the caretaker/concierge is super friendly, helpful and the owners are very lucky to have him as their representative. The beach and many great restaurants are a short drive away. We would most definitely love to rent this place again ❤️

El lugar es muy confortable y con bellas zonas verdes alrededor. Las habitaciones tienen A/C y ventiladores de techo. La piscina es fantástica y nos la pasamos muy bien. Jackie fue siempre muy amable y servicial para que nuestra instancia fuera muy agradable. La casa muy cómoda, limpia y ordenada. Dejamos olvidado un dinero en la caja fuerte y con gran prontitud nos transfirió el dinero a nuestra cuenta, demostrando gran honradez, excelente servicio y amabilidad. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y supermercados locales. Fueron unas memorables vacaciones en familia.

Las casas estaban impecables. Muy limpias y bien equipadas. En lugar es precioso. Se ven pájaros y en la tarde a los largo se ven monitos. Lo único negativo que podría decir es que el lugar es un poco solo y que no hay como una malla que privatice la entrada a la casa, pero en realidad la recomiendo totalmente. Don Carlos y su familia, quienes ayudan en la casa son muy amables también

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

We had an incredible time! The house was clean, well equiped and very nicely furnished. The hosts were very responsive. We highly recommend it!
