E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Park your car & walk to all Ballycotton has to offer including: the amazing Cliff Walk; the pier for RNLI lifeboat station shop, Lighthouse Tours, fishing/deep sea tours, kayaking & swimming; all the bars, restaurants & cafe; Silver Strand; and the church, for wedding guests. A short drive away is Ballymaloe Cookery School, Garyvoe Strand & Jameson Distillery.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

We are a 20 minute drive from Midleton town and 10 minutes off the N25 Cork-Waterford road. Brilliant for an individual, a family or couples. The cottage boasts a bright living area with high ceilings and a South/West facing private patio.
