It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

We spent the week of Christmas at Sue and Jim’s place. It was perfect. If we had to be away from home, this was a very good choice and fit for our family. The house is cozy, private and well maintained. Sue was easy to communicate with and the horse farm is serene and peaceful. We have family in Mt Airy so the location was perfect. Very clean, decorated nicely for Christmas (thank you!) and we will stay here again soon!

Very nice and very quite neighborhood

Wonderful place. Great location in a beautiful part of DC. Just 5 min to the capital and Walkable to everything. The space was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing with all the old row houses different colors. It included free parking with was great too and the whole neighborhood felt safe. The host replied back quickly with any questions we had before our arrival. 100% recommend. We have zero complaints.

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Rabi’s place was as listed and had even more space than we anticipated. The private parking spot was also a huge perk!

Cannot recommend staying here enough! Stacy, Mike, & Kari were wonderful hosts. We found this place after experiencing a house flood - we needed to relocate for several weeks. Stacy was extremely helpful & communicative in terms of helping us understand what was possible and made a stressful situation much less overwhelming. The location is great - we loved our morning coffee walks, and my pup absolutely loved the backyard (which is really large!) The interior is also beautiful with great internet connection - I worked from home the whole time without running into any issues. Very grateful for our stay and the team that made it happen!

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We found Paul’s home very comfortable and accommodating. Paul was accessible when we reached out to him and he communicated well with us. It was a very nice location with a fantastic view of the bay, as we hoped for.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

Doesn’t get more picturesque than this! We came with our pup for a relaxing weekend on the bay and Andy’s home was perfect. Stunning views and close to all Kent Island has to offer. Andy and his wife were wonderful hosts, they thought of all the details to make our stay lovely and were very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area, we hope to go back!

Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

I recently stayed in a cozy Airbnb near the zoo in Washington D.C. and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and modern. The owner, Sarah, has it equipped with all the necessities to make the stay comfortable. One of the highlights of our trip was exploring the neighborhood on foot, looking at the beautiful historic houses and gardens. The apartment was within walking distance to the Metro, making it easy to visit the capital museums. We took a day trip to nearby Old Town Alexandria by Metro. The historic architecture, brick lined streets, and the old Torpedo Factory filled with dozens of artist studios was well worth seeing. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a nice home base to explore the nation's capital.

Had a nice stay while in the area to visit my nephew at the Naval Academy. The basement apartment is very comfortable. Area is nice and quiet and my dog loved having a yard to run in.

Nice location, great place. We would advise future guests to negotiate use of the parking space as, when we were there, parking was difficult to find.
