Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location for families to stay and get the full DC experience. Jonathon was a great host and had a great property. Super friendly and receptive to anything we needed!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—super convenient, just a short walk to downtown and the convention center, making it ideal for both leisure and business. The place was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels. The keyless entry with the door code was a breeze, making check-in and out seamless. The host was incredibly proactive, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Brandon’s place was great. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The hot tub was clean. The house was clean. We very much enjoyed our time at this place and in the city.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable for our family of five with the three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and neat. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet neighborhood with several nice restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Washington. The only minor problem was finding a place to park on the street, but that comes with staying in a big city.

Great location to access public transportation. Plenty of room for family of 4. Nice to be able to park your vehicle off of the street.

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

Aardige verhuurder, vanuit de woning is het prima om de stad te verkennen zowel lopend maar openbaar vervoer is ook om de hoek. Het is een fijn ruim huis. We hebben erg genoten.

Marco's place was great. We booked with him to be closer to the Orioles stadium for the 3 games we went to. You could see the stadium from his balcony & was a 5 min walk which made it so much easier. As long as you follow the directions he gives you to find the place you wont have any issues. He has literally thought of everything you would need. The kitchen is fully stocked w/ everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of linens, full bath w/ toiletries. There is a sitting area on the front porch but we loved the balcony upstairs that has pretty lights at night & was very peaceful & private. The neighbors are very nice but do keep to themselves. Marco does give a lot of recommendations which is helpful when you don't know the area very well. It's very spacious, clean, & clear of clutter. The decor and vibe was everything. Marco was a very responsive & friendly host. We highly recommend his place. This will be the first place we will look to book when we are back in the area.

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and our kids rated our vacation 10/10. May is an excellent host! We opted for the parking pass and it was a relief to have parking in a zone for the week for days we opted for the metro. We used the metro at the NoMa stop which was an 11-minute walk from the house (downhill to the metro, uphill on the way back). Super easy to find and use. The neighborhood was beautiful and clean. There were restaurants and shops a few blocks away, just a 10 minute walk. There is a Trader Joe’s with parking close by or you could Instacart - we did both. Super convenient location. The home had everything we needed. The pull out bed was large and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had a great shower. There were plenty of linens and towels. There’s a little back porch area with lights and it was a really nice retreat at night and in the early mornings. We would stay here again and will recommend this to our friends and family!

This place was surprisingly amazing! I didn’t expect the house to have 3 levels. Also, the touches and aesthetics were so beautiful. When I go back to Baltimore I will book this place. My sibling kept saying “this is the best AirBNB I’ve been in, thank you bro for getting this.” That warmed my heart. Also, Lashaia’s thoughtfulness and hospitality was above and beyond. Thank you!

We loved Devon's place! It's a great location in Butcher's Hill right near Patterson Park and walkable to a cafe and a few restaurants. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the coffee set up (drip and nespresso) and the rooftop deck. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been so blessed by having amazing host through Airbnb, and Eugene was definitely one of the amazing host. Any question I had he got back almost immediately, very friendly and helpful. Eugene’s apartment was exactly as he described it, very clean, cozy, and the beds could not have been more comfortable. If we get the chance to return to Washington, we would love to stay with him again. Thank you

Brendan’s place is great as always. The private parking is huge plus especially in this neighborhood. Neighbors are quiet and super nice as well.

Elliott was very helpful answering my questions and provided suggestions at his initiation for some extra activities in close proximity. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I traveling w our daughter and grandson. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed the private patio for dining as the weather was a perfect temperature. So convenient that Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is a relatively short walk; the close location to Foggy Bottom metro was a huge plus for getting around the city and a short ride from Reagan Airport! Elliott went above and beyond in accommodating us to store luggage allowing our daughter to do more sightseeing before a later in day flight home! Thank you Elliott - we hope to be back!!

Highly recommend This little gem. Very clean, comfortable. Luis has a lot of essential for you to use , if you forgot anything. His location is in a great spot. Near downtown, the monuments, (white house) and the national park. Easy access to the train, which we loved! Check in and check out was a breeze. We had breakfast at bust boy & poets near his home on our last day. Excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much
