Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay, even though it was just for one night! The house was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and matched the listing perfectly. Everything was exactly as expected, honestly better than expected because even my husband was impressed (he can be a tough cookie). The host was so kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made our short stay feel extra special. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Great location and the perfect set up for a large family group or a large group of friends. Clean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough how much we LOVED this place! It’s SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! The dog beach was within walking distance. So many cute shops and restaurants right down the street! Their place is SO CUTE & had everything we needed! We didn’t do much laying out at the beach, but if we did, they provided everything you would need for a beach trip! Next time I visit cocoa beach, I hope their place is available. I absolutely LOVED it!

Great pool, very spacious, great kitchen. Very clean home. The beds aren’t particularly comfortable. Firm mattresses, basic metal bed frames, basic bedding, etc.. But it was nice to have a lot of space to spread out in the night before we departed on our cruise.

Great place to stay. Peaceful but yet close enough to town and the beach. Jack and Leslie responded within minutes if I had any questions.

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

This place was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the noise factor at night from the road, as others had mentioned, but I never heard a thing. So happy we found this little gem. It was maybe 20-30 min to get to the Mardi Gras cruise port and park. I would definitely stay here again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Gemma's condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. it was 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

I came for business and I was able to access wifi and even work outside efficiently. in my downtime, 1 block walk to the beach meant easy exercise and stress relief. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I would rent this again for future work assignments and recommend it to colleagues and family.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Nice and cozy condo with a two minute walk to the beach. All beach essentials like towels, chairs and a sun umbrella were included. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The kitchen was equipped to prepare small and easy meals. Communication with host was friendly, straightforward and fast.

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.
