The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

This garden lodge is in the garden of a family home, with flexible accommodation for solo adventurers, solo business travelers and visiting students and academics all 25 years of age and over. With a good level of English and must be contactable by Watsapp please. Nearby are bus links to London & Airports, Colleges, Botanical Gardens, lovely restaurants & cafes and parks. This studio is almost in the centre of Oxford and we think you will get the full flavour of all sides of Oxford life.

Enjoy lovely circular walks right on your doorstep, taking in Nether Winchendon - the home of the popular Manor House wedding venue. Relax and enjoy a drink and/or a bite to eat in the village pub, The Crown. In the surrounding area, you’ll have access to National Trust's magical Waddesdon Manor and market town Thame.

It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Chalet South Cerney

The Chalet is in Cotswold Hoburn Holiday Park which is in the Cotswold Water Park. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds. The chalet is in a quiet area overlooking the lake only a 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Entertainment passes are available to use swimming pools and entertainment for £66 (2025) and cover everyone in chalet. It is preferred that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
