I could see the hosts have put alot of intentional thought into making their property family friendly. The kids loved the play areas and pool! loved that there is a shallow pool for the parents to supervise worry-free. the linen was also really clean. The only downside was that there was nothing much in walking distance so you have to drive out (which is fine if you have a car). the towels and pillows were also a little too thin/flat.. but all in all, really a fantastic stay for a large group. the rooms were super interactive for the kiddos as well.

My family and I had amazing stay! Kids enjoyed it so much. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and in a perfect location. Vivian was super responsive and helpful throughout. Will definitely recommend to others.

Anne is a thoughtful and gracious host! Learning that my children enjoy board games, she went out of her way to prepare and provide a new chess set for our family. Anne was always respectful and proactive in her communications. She answered any questions we had, promptly too. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge (& clean) pool (& floats), hot showers with good water pressure, and a spacious long dining table, tgt with additional foldable tables and stackable chairs to accommodate all 16 of us. Ample cutlery provided too! It is such a bonus for us that each of the 4 rooms has an ensuite toilet. We shared this space with 3 other families, and it was nice to have sufficient space and privacy albeit being within the same house. We definitely hope to come back again when we are next in Desaru! The nearby beach (~8 mins drive away), was so wonderful to explore during low tide! Thank you Anne for being gracious towards us during our stay!

Everything was great. Except for some loose faucets and leaking hoses... swimming pool could be better protected from the outside elements and dated when last change of water and cleaned. Overall my family was happy with the accommodation..

Nice place, clean and lot of facilities are provided

The host were very friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating babies birthday and they got us decoration and also bouncy castle for the children. We are very happy with the place. It’s clean and toilets are well stocked. Very responsive and we felt right at home. We came as a group of 4 families. And the kids had a blast. There are a lot of space to run around. Pool table, fuse ball table, pool and ktv system. They even had baby chair ready in place for the younger kids! Will come back again! Thank you to Shawn and Amanda! Keep up the good work.

Great host was very helpful to my queries. Overall, a pleasant home to stay in as it was near most of the recommended desaru places and there were numerous entertainment (karaoke, jenga, uno etc.). Once again, thank you to the hospitable host who was accommodating to our checkout time!

Great place to stay at for vacation. Less than 10 minutes drive to restaurants and beach. Host was super responsive and friendly, house was clean and comfortable.

Staying at Chia Jun’s place was overall a great experience. Location is near to the beach. Just a 10 mins drive. Location is safe and there is a 99 Speedmart just below 5mins drive from premise. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended 👍🏼

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We would love to extend our stay, but we have other plans. We encountered a couple of roaches during our time, which might be due to the area rather than the cleanliness of the house. Anyway, a 5-star for me!

Noraini was extremely helpful throughout my stay and even replied me at wee hours when I needed help. The place is also pretty clean and peaceful. Would definitely choose this listing again if I were to come back to Desaru.
