I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

This is the 2nd time our group has stayed at Natt’s wonderful Bunya House. Outstanding location, 2 minute walk to Terminal 21 & Asok/Sukhumvit stations, yet so private and safe you feel a 1,000 miles away from bustle of Sukhumvit Rd. Large, spacious and comfortable with the bonus of a daily keeper service. On think of this Natt is one of the most Friendly and accommodating host I’ve come across, always friendly and responsive and nothings a problem.

I had a wonderful stay here! The space is clean, beautifully designed, and full of inspiring details. Each room has a spacious, calming atmosphere, and the storytelling behind the decor adds a special touch. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and thoughtfully curated stay.

We loved staying here, even for just a quick 24 hours. The room was perfect, cute and quiet. AC was top notch. Local food recommendations were all great from what we tried. Such a peaceful space with super sweet hosts. Wish we had stayed longer, would book again. Highly recommend!

Perfect, everything is good and well maintained. Room is clean and tidy, spacious for groups, great hospitality also very helpful. No complains.

It's the first time I am bringing all my staffs to Bangkok for company trip. And everyone was extremely worried due to earthquake happened during our trip. However, Tak is a nice and helpful host, who ensure us the safety of us traveling during this shocked period and offering helps if needed. Besides that, the location of this property is very convenient, centralised and easily reachable to many eateries, convenient shops and shopping malls. It is walking distance to platinum mall, central world, Big C, BTS and etc. It is highly recommended for family vacation stay with kids or group travellers.

If you enjoy solitude, Cleanliness, And tranquility like I do, then this is your spot. I didn’t want to write a review because I wanted all for myself.

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

I had a great stay at Normman! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Pridi and June were friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

The place is so cozy, clean, home-vibe, got all you need from coffee, tea, extra toilet papers, to extra clean sheets and towels. The host is great. She is very responsive, easy to deal with, and very friendly. The place is almost near to everything - ICONSIAM, China Town, etc., Overall experience is great! Thank you so much, Supa! :)

I stay in this condo multiple times with different hosts’ room but Monika brings my experience to a different level. Her place made me feel like home. Monika knows I need to work remotely so she proactively upgraded the internet package to meet my needs. Monika responds to my message in a reasonable reply time manner. Before we arrive, she pre check the room and make sure it meet her standard. Her room is full of home warming decor that she likes. Very secure condo and area with face scan entrance. During my stay, there was a tiny issue and I messaged Monika, she respond right away and provide a complete solution. She even came and visit the other day and greeted me in person. We have a great chat together and she show me around in the EmDistrict. I love this condo because there are 3 different exits to 2 major roads. In case one of the road has traffic jam, we can use another route to get out of the area. Condo provide free shuttle service to BTS station in every 15 mins

Very delightful experience! Centre of the city, easy check-in, Hanh has been super helpful and quick response when we encountered issues. Highly recommend to stay.

Phuong's place is spacious and massive! You'll feel right at home. My friends and I enjoyed the bar kitchen as we like chatting while eating so we spent a lot of time on that side of the apartment. For someone who walks a lot, distance to shops and Malls are convenient but if you don't like to walk you'll have to wait for tuktuk outside the gate. We appreciate the toiletries available for use though we brought our own. Since not all airbnb's offer this so it's a plus! We had a little bit of issue using their projector but I'm sure if you ask Phuong they'll help. There are game boards available too which is nice. Overall it was a great place to stay and worth the price we paid. We'll book again once we go back to Bangkok!

Très bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé, le toit terrasse est vraiment un gros plus. À cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro pour accéder facilement au centre de Bangkok. Nous avons pu passer un moment avec Tanya qui est vraiment très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Merci je recommande ce logement.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour chez Christophe. L'appartement est proche de Sukhumvit Tong Lor et Phrom Pong tout en étant à l'abri du trafic. Appartement moderne avec une belle salle de sport commune. Je recommande.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

Great location, 7-11 just in front your door. Foodland, restaurants, bars are all around. BTS nana only 350m walk. And Pemika was the BEST HOST I encounter so far in my 10years of Airbnb experience. On arrival she greeted us in person, my friend is smoking outside and yet she waited and have a chat with us, rather than just pass me the keys, then she takes us to our rooms, explaining all details. 8 bottled water prepared for my 4n stay, free sachets coffee&tea, also oil, salt,pepper if you like to cook something simple. Even a bunch of tissue rolls, trash bags, for our convenient use, these all are so thoughtful! Even tho' we only use 1 additional take of each. And she prepared goggle glass and waterproof HP case for us per person for Songkran!!! Once again thank you Pemika for a very pleasant stay, will come back for sure!

Great stay. Small, cosy apartment, and everything was clean. A convenient 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS, though there are no walkways. There's also a condo pickup to the BTS, which makes up for the walk. 24 hour minimart inside the condo. Only downsides are that during my stay, the pool was closed the whole time... and slight inconvenience with meals (if there are side dishes) as there's literally only 2 bowls and 2 plates. Good to add a few more smaller bowls/plates.

Location is right in the middle of all the action. Everything is right at your doorstep. A less than 10 min walk from anything you need. The rooms are spacious and the apartment is easily accessible.

Peter and his wife were amazing hosts, making their Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we could see the care put into every detail—spotless, cosy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, fruits, water, and even laundry detergent. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
