Hey guys! I stayed here during my first Songkran experience from April 9-16, 2025. This place definitely gives the luxury 5 star hotels a run for their money. The space is decorated tastefully modern, has high ceilings, amazing night time view, and has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (washer, toiletries, plates, iron….). My only wish is that there was access to the pool because it was so hot and a cool down in the water would’ve been great. But the host said pool access is only granted to long term visitors. Do keep in mind that the location of this condo is a bit away from BTS and MRT stations, so if you plan to get around using those, be prepared to walk a few minutes. Otherwise the location shouldn’t matter if you plan to use Grab (like me😅) and it’s close enough to everything by a car drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Bangkok.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

방자체는 나쁘지는않습니다. 세탁기랑건조기 같은게있어서편하긴함. 연식은 좀되어보임. 작은 수건도 몇장 더있으면좋을거같음. 하루는 주변방에서 음악이 시끄러워서 잠을 잘못잤음. 이건 운인듯..

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gute Lage für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sauberes Zimmer. Gerne wieder !

saya sangat happy bisa stay disini tempat nyaman, bersih akses mudah dekat Big C lotus, ada zoo coffe disebelah komplek dan serta dekat kuil Pee Maak, tuan rumah ramah security juga sangat ramah sangat recommended

距离曼谷市区比较远 在机场附近 民宿所在的位置是个老市场里的社区 很淳朴 天黑后基本没有什么店开门了 所以没有什么商业可言 纯来放松会是个很好的选择 民宿是非常漂亮的木屋 里面打扫的干干净净 一尘不染 老板pao大哥很热情 带着他的猫猫们和我们一起划船 度过了一段美妙的时光 民宿的餐厅也蛮好吃的 是个很适合放空自己的地方 下一次来 我会选择多住几天 好好感受生活

It was a truly delightful evening. The entire property was impeccably clean and inviting. The host and their family are kind people. The service was excellent. It's ideally situated for a stay near the airport. Would come again!

Me and 2 of my friends stayed one night at Pao’s guesthouse. The check in process was smooth at the cafe counter, the staff led us to our room and helped to carry our luggage. In our room there’s a cat door which i find quite adorable. At night, a calico cat would hang out with us at the balcony and even tried to get inside the room using the cat door. Luckily i brought cat treats with me! The kayak ride with Pao’s cats was amazing. Aside from having the feline companions, it is serene to just enjoy the river view with village houses on the sides.

Comfortable clean accomodation. We wanted to stay close to the airport before heading down to Koh Lanta. Short 10-15min drive away. Gated community. 7-11 close by. Larger Mall about 15 min walk. Wifi stable and fast.

Staying at Pao’s place is a Thai experience that you’ll never forget. If you have an unexpected layover at Suvarnabhumi airport, this is a delightful choice. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable and the accommodation is kept very, very clean.

100% weiterempfehlung!! Tolle Aussicht, toller Pool, Handtücher, Föhn, Waschmaschine alles was man braucht vor Ort. 7 Eleven direkt vor Ort, zudem eine gute Zug Anbindung Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis :)

Lalida’s place is absolutely amazing! This is my second time staying at her home, and once again, I was so impressed. Every one of her homes is beautifully decorated with such creative and inspiring ideas. She is truly one of the most creative women I’ve ever met. I feel happy and comfortable every time I stay at her place. Without a doubt, I will definitely come back again if I visit Thailand. Highly recommended!

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Dannie et des autres personnes travaillant dans l’établissement. L’appartement est propre, confortable, très bien équipé et à deux pas du BTS, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans toutes les zones touristiques de Bangkok . La piscine et la vue depuis l’appartement sont très agréables! Dannie nous a gentiment proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard car l’appartement n’était pas reloué après nous . Nous avons vraiment apprécié . Merci pour ce super séjour !

I had a fantastic stay at James’ place! The neighborhood is truly amazing—vibrant yet peaceful, with great local spots to explore, excellent dining options, and a welcoming atmosphere. The building itself is a hidden gem, featuring fantastic amenities like a sauna, pool, and in-building laundry. Since it’s not an overly busy complex, it always feels calm and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax. The apartment is minimal yet perfectly suited for a short stay, offering the comfort and convenience you’d expect from a well-maintained hotel—at a fraction of the price. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, with fresh linens, a tidy living space, and everything in order, which made settling in seamless. James was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was flexible and accommodating, making the check-in and overall experience effortless. His prompt and clear communication made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend

A good location, sandwiched between two metro (MRT) stations - each about a 15 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars within a five/ten minute walk - plus a seven-eleven within five minutes. Quiet area of the road at night meaning easy to sleep with no loud bars/restaurants keeping you awake. Apartment looks big in pictures, even bigger in real life! Great communication over W-App - would recommend for any family looking for some space, whilst in an area with plenty of options for fun, food and adventure!

Had a 2 week vacation in this place - it was a wonderful experience. The owner quickly answers all messages, helped to book side services in the condo. The place itself was clean and tidy. A huge plus of this condo is the machine with drinks (super many types of coffee, cocoa, matches and tea; you can always choose a drink, even in the middle of the night).

I enjoyed my stay at this property. P’ Pimnara was nice to greet me and show me the apartment. It may not be a huge apartment but definitely cosy. The nearest BTS is a bit of a walk and may be a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of luggages as the side walks are not big enough. However it is near many amenities. 7-11, Pharmacy, Big C Supermarket, Starbucks and many others. When I arrived at the property, it was 3 days after the earthquake that happened in Myanmar. While there are some superficial cracks, it is very safe and comfortable. The building security is also strict, which is good - for the safety of the residence. The toilet is spotless, the house is clean, the fridge works well, the television too and I think most importantly, bed is comfortable. I had a good stay here and without a doubt will be back again whenever I am able to book it for a trip to Bangkok. Thank you again for the space to feel home.

I had a wonderful stay at Helene’s apartment! It’s cozy and extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable, great shower, and having an air fryer was such a bonus for quick meals. Helene thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable, and her communication was excellent—she was always responsive and friendly. The location was also convenient, with a big grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly highly recommend it!
