The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

Beautiful Place To Stay You have Everything you Need, Very Nice Shower, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. The location is Very nice and Safe And it's Next to the Mall So you Have Food, Movie Theater, Gym, Shopping, Everything Near by! Awesome Experience.

Super clean and well equipped house. Peaceful location at a walking distance from purple line MRT. Amazing thai food restaurants nearby. Grab delivery also available. Takes about an hour or so to reach downtown and a comfortable journey in Bangkok MRT without switching too many lines. Responsive, friendly and kind host Penny. Thank you for hosting me. Really good apartment for a really fair price. The host is nice and helpful. It’s a little far from the city but besides that it’s a perfect apartment

It's far from the heart of the city, and being toward the end of the purple line means it takes a while to get to the heart of things. On the bright side, it actually is well situated being right next to the Central Westgate Mall (which is one of the best malls in the world), and also right across the highway from a pretty big Night Market. There are a few dispensaries nearby (I quite enjoyed the Duck Shop), and there are a couple of massage places mixed in with the Night Market. The view of the city is pretty spectacular as it spans the entire horizon from this perspective. The building amenities are excellent, though if you are not staying for at least thirty days you do not get access to the pool or gym etc.

Ace’s place is truly amazing—just a short 200-meter walk from Phaya Thai station, making it super convenient to get to almost anywhere in Bangkok. There’s also a 7-11 nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and airy, with garden views all around. I honestly wanted to stay longer, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The apartment is in old building, but the inside is totally renovated and nice. I love the place, it's close to everywhere, only need Grab or Bolt if you are lazy to walk. I am impressed on how Matt provides spotless white hand towel and bathroom mat. He even provides laundry detergent and snacks ! Overall I'm satisfied. Thanks Matt !

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

It was a wonderful stay! The area is safe, quiet, and cozy, though not very touristy. A 7-11 and the BTS station are just nearby, making it very convenient. There is some construction next to the building, but it's not too noisy when the windows are closed. Tatiya is super helpful and responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

We had a really nice time at Tongpong’s place. Very central and convenient. The place looks like the photos - no surprises. Tongpong was very responsive too which was great but if you are really looking for a place to stay near the old city then this is your place. If you are sensitive to noise, there’s metro roadworks right at the front but we didn’t have any issue sleeping. They also provide earplugs just in case but I don’t you’ll need them.

Everything was perfect. Location is amazing, just 10 mins walk away from khaosan party area Only issue was a lingering toilet smell near the bathrooms Otherwise the place was ideal

This is a great complex with some nice amenities. It’s like a security fortress and they have facial recognition to access anything in the building. Nice location and easy walk to central world and some other cool places. Very cozy and spacious place so I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for more of a high-end place to stay in Bangkok.

stunning view. Very friendly host. everything is just like on the pictures. Perfect location you can walk to Nana station in just 15minutes. The bed was of a very high quality, one of the most softest I've slept on. Definitely coming back again!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

I had a great stay at Normman! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Pridi and June were friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!
