A total hidden gem and a wonderful home base to explore the city from. Off the beaten path just enough that its less than 15 minutes to walk to the trains amd ferries and also somehow a little a oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. My room was very clean, the cafe staff were very nice and the breakfasts were a wonderful way to greet the day. If you are intow for a few days and need a home base that feels like home than this listing is perfect.

Lovely peaceful area with the kindest host, Ploy was more than happy to show me around the area as well as supply a great breakfast every morning, her mother even cooked me an amazing Thai green curry, would definitely recommend and will be visiting again when coming back to Bangkok

Staying at Rachel's home was a real delight in the heart of vibrant Bangkok. From the beautiful home, amenities and location and gorgeous cats who also live here, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend staying without hesitation.

I’ve loved my stay here. Su and Koi have just been incredible hosts and I’ve been so blessed by their hospitality. I wanted somewhere a little quieter, out of downtown Bangkok and this has fit the bill very well. It’s provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the breeze and the views on the river. Breakfast is included every morning, including several options of food as well as coffee and juice. Taxi cost from Suvarnabhumi airport is about 700 baht if you take the tollway. If I am ever back in Bangkok I know I will be coming back here to stay again, both for the location and the excellence of the owners.

I have been traveling for a few weeks and this was by far the best accomadation I have been in. The location is right in front of a famous thai restaurant, so its really easy to find. There is a 7-11 right next to the house. Piak is soo nice and immediately welcomed me on arrival with a good explanation. Her English is also very good! The house is clean with a shower, fridge, airco, fan. You have a lot of privacy and if you want to see what a very well taken care of thai house looks like this is perfect. I loved it so much and I’m definitely going back in the future. Thanks Piak!

Very nice accommodation. The breakfast was simple. The location, right on the canal, is great! Very quiet and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes.

I stayed at Primrose Place for one month at the beginning of my exchange semester at Mahidol University, which is near the AirBnB. My stay at Primrose Place was very nice. Primrose' Mother lives next door to the AirBnB, she was really helpful during my stay. The street next to the Airbnb is pretty calm and there is a 7/11 and a fruit stand right down the street, as well as some restaurants and a place to do laundry. The room is just like it looks in the pictures. I recommend coming here, especially if you are planning to stay for a month or more, for which the price is super reasonable, especially as the electricity and water bills are included.

Great place for the price

Na Vayla Paplern is a pearl. Cool, luminous and rare. It's honest and warm beauty hugs you once you reach the green leafy welcoming entrance, and continues to entrance you in these jaded times of cookie cutter monotony. Pros: Where else will you get such spiffy, neat rooms? Such real welcoming smiles? Such a real ambience - far away from the glitz of monotonous downtowns with a canal flowing next door! Such a breakfast my goodness, such a fresh breakfast every single morning. Thai, Korean, Japanese curries and what have you; crisp fritters, flaky doughy creations, mangoes - yes, yes, in mid February that too- and light freshly made confectionary! Such a generous, kind and helping couple, the owners Tuck and Plaen. Cons: Can't think of any! Those of you who wish to smell, feel, and eat real Bangkok, look no further. 'Cause the day Conde Naste features these two wizards - what with the two super cool vegan restaurants too that they run in Bangkok - they may just be booked out!!

My best friend and I had such an amazing stay here! Truly a beautiful property and felt right at home. Extremely comfortable and easy access to all the things we wanted to do. Host was so kind and helpful the entire length of our stay!

This is a really great value in a super location, run by a really nice family. A few things stood out compared to other airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Bangkok over the last six years: - the WiFi is reliable, - the shower has hot water, good water pressure, and a filter! - the bed is comfortable by western standards, - the breakfast every morning in the restaurant downstairs is a really generous (and tasty) thing for the family to provide, - the laundry service, at 60 baht per kilo, is much less expensive than the wash & fold places I’ve usually used in town, - the location is a comfortable walk to Terminal 21, so very convenient to public transportation, and it’s also close to a lot of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Overall, it’s a good value for a comfortable stay in a great location, suitable for both short and longer visits. Enjoy!

I had a flight leaving early the next day from BKK and this hostel had the perfect location for it. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and the host and staff very friendly and helpful.
