It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

깔끔한 집과 고층에 멋진 수영장, 운동시설과 스카이라운지까지 빠짐없이 아름다운 곳에서의 힐링할 수 있는 곳. 관광지에서 벗어난 평화로운 동네. 길 건너에 로컬마켓들이 가득했고 분위기가 좋으며 지상철와 가까워질수록 현지 맛집들이 많았습니다. 출퇴근시간 같은 트래픽잼이 심할 땐 근처에 지상철을 이용할 수 있었고 그 이외의 시간에는 주요관광지와 가까워서 그랩이나 볼트로 저렴하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 로컬도 경험하고 관광에도 무리없는 위치라 장기여행에 딱 적합한 집. 체크인과 체크아웃 이외에 호스트와 컨택할 일이 없을 정도로 머무르는 내내 문제가 없었지만 연락할 때마다 친절한 응대와 최대한 상황을 배려해주셔셔 마치 내 집처럼 편하게 쉴 수 있어서 감사했습니다. 내년에도 장기여행을 온다면 고민없이 이 집을 선택해서 다시 오겠다는 마음에 들 정도로 나는 이 집과 친절한 호스트가 좋았습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 감사합니다

This place is fantastic, beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything you need. It’s peaceful and conveniently located near the MRT and BTS, making it easy to get around. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby where you can grab anything you need.

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

this was a great little place to stay for a few weeks in bangkok! it was at the end of a quiet street. about 15 min walk to nearest train station. Bangkok is not walkable so we had to take trains to get to any of the places we wanted to see. although there is a canal right behind the apartment, you cannot access it directly, you have to walk down the road and up the next road to get to it. the apartment was small but we expected that. the fridge was stocked with water bottles, which we really appreciated! apartment is well stocked with what you need like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. AC works great! naiyana and her team are very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. there was an electrical issue and Naiyana moved us to her other apartment next door for 2 days while the issue was fixed. it was really nice having a pool and gym, although the gym is tiny and a little beat up. overall great stay!

Die Unterkunft war eine sehr gut geeignete Basis für unsere Unternehmungen in Bangkok, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Ganz nahe findet man auch kleine Märkte, eine Foodstreet und viele Frühstücks-Möglichkeiten. Trotz der Lage an einer lebendigen Straße war es im 24. Stock nicht laut. Die AC funktioniert ganz sanft und beinahe unmerkbar leise, sehr angenehm. Dara war so freundlich und ließ unser Gepäck am Abreisetag unterstellen. Das war eine große Hilfe, da unsere Flüge erst spät Abends gingen.

Great location in the Ari district. BTS is within½ mile in 2 directions . Building is nice. A little older but condo is nice. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool to cool off in the hot temps.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy and had all amenities., Host was very responsive and proactive, Apartment is worth value for money. Highly recommended

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

Понравилось жилье, в первую очередь спасибо владельцу, он все приготовил, была вода, кофе, даже новая губка для посуды. Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

A stunning apartment! My family and I absolutely loved our stay – it felt incredibly homely, and we settled in right away. The location is excellent, just a short walk from lively streets and a shopping centre. Fantastic value for money – we couldn’t have asked for more!

This is a great apartment, it looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Excellent, highly responsive and helpful host. Location is great, right on Soi 11 and close to many shops, restaurants and nightlife options. Highly recommended.

This house was exactly what we needed for a larger group (4 adults and one child). The house is modern and very well equipped and decorated. it features three full large bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and fully functional if you want to do your own cooking. There is also a separate living room with a foldout bed which can function as an additional bed room. The House is located in a very peaceful and private community, but it's still just a 30-40 minute drive to Bangkok. There is also a lot to do in the local Nakhon Pathom area. There are lots of beautiful temples, a water market as well as a zoo. We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

We stayed here for a stopover in BKK with our two daughters (5 and 3). It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the megacity in this green oasis. The place is very peaceful, and everyone is incredibly relaxed, helpful and welcoming. An absolute recommendation for families!
