I recommend this place. Besides, I must mention about Tanjiil Vi being so caring host. Due to some unavoidable circumstances my check in was late but host support was always there! Place is very convenient, considering that residential area it's the heart.

I stayed at this place for 29 days and had a wonderful experience. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and the hosts were responsive and kind. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at MD Ashraf’s place. Initially there were some concerns but the owner was very responsive and took necessary steps to make our stay pleasant. Staffs were available specially Arefin for any issues or questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again in future.

Loved my stay here! The apartment is spacious and comfy—3 big bedrooms and plenty of extra bedding and couches, so even a group of 6-9 people would feel at home. We are total 8 person and there was enough bedding and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and had hot water on each. Gym is a plus for workout. Check-in was smooth with a code lock, and the security guards were really nice especially when I had to leave at 4:30 AM for my flight. They helped with the gate and lift without any issue. As I had almost 9 luggages had no issues at late night catching flight. Location is perfect—just 5-10 mins from the airport, and Rajlokkhi market, super shops, Resturants, pharmacy, and ATMs are all within walking distance. Great for families, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And, full house is air conditioned. Really enjoyed it—will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The host Mr. Ashish and the property manager Mr. Omar has been always quickly responsive, clear and full of hospitality. The apartment is located at Dhaka's most secure, quiet and convenient location. It has 1 master bed room with bathroom and spacy kitchen-dining-drawing room at the entrance, so best for 1-2 persons to stay. All home appliance, utility facilities and power sockets are working fine. They have catering service of variety of menu at affordable price. The care takers and security guards are also very polite and helpful. I had one of the best comfortable stay in Dhaka.

Mr. Tanvir's place is at one of the most secured and accessible locations in Dhaka. Our short stay was very convenient because of the connectivity with nearby business locations. The place is well maintained and great hospitality was shown to us. Will definitely stay here when we visit again!

Arafat is so communicative! I'm from the USA and really appreciated his support and kindness. He even helped me with filling out the details of my stay when I needed to present it for my tourist VISA. Beautiful building. Amazing views on the roof. Recommend knowing a little bit of Bangla, but even if you don't, they are really accommodating.
