This stay was fantastic for us. We where very happy with the room. Had 2 beds so if your traveling with friends this is the place to go. Only thing that could improve is a little bit earlier check in, but to make up for this, you can already leave your luggage behind. 5 out of 5!

Great place, very convenient to get to and from Suwon station. The room is huge and has all the amenities needed

The host of Ivy was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was allowed to check in after hours, and the self check-in was very easy with their instructions. When I left, I forgot something in the room and the host held it for me to pick up 2 days later. The bed is firm but comfortable; I fell asleep almost immediately. It's really a nice place to rest and very good for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Felt right at home. The room was spacious for two people! We had 4 pieces of luggage and there was enough room. Host was great. 10/10 experience! It was easy to find. Location was close to suwon station, within a 10 minute walk. Elevator worked great. It’s not on a hill. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The washing machine works great. And the air conditioner kept the room cold. Would stay here again.

숙소 자체는 며칠을 묵어도 될 정도로 너무 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고 시원하며 향기롭고 넓습니다. 주변에는 안양역 지하상가 및 맛집이 분포 되어있어 유흥을 즐기기 좋습니다. 다만, 자야하는 침실공간이 암막이 제대로 되지않아 빛이 다 들어옵니다. 이 부분을 조금 더 보완하면 훌륭한 숙소가 될 거 같습니다. 예를 들어 블라인드 말고 얇은 투명커튼과 암막커튼 두장을 설치하면 수면에 도움이 될 거 같습니다. 또한 아쉬운 점은 발매트의 부재입니다. 하지만 이는 수건으로 대체 가능하여 추가로만 적습니다. 이번 여행은 호스트님의 친절에 재이용 의사 100개 있습니다. 감사합니다.

Goeun is a perfect host for us. She is really helpfull. She even pick me up to go to her place. She help us a lot when we are stay at her place. The place a great and really close to the bus station. If I going back to Yongin, I will definitely choose goeun place.

일찍 숙소에 도착하니 아이들이 맞이해주어 참 좋았어요. 주인분의 마음씀씀이가 좋았어요. 용인 출장 갈때마다 하루 묵고 싶네요.

한달 반이라는 적지 않은 시간동안 머무르면서 편안히 지낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 사는 동안 새로 구입할 필요 없이 모든 비품이 머무르는 기간에 맞춰서 구비되어 있어서 따로 구매하지 않아도 되었으며, 쓰레기도 바로바로 분리 배출 할 수 있도록 편의가 갖추어져 있습니다. 호스트 분은 매우 친절하시고 궁금한 점이 있을시에 바로바로 연락을 받아주시고 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 번화가와 상권이 밀집한 곳과 멀지 않아서 맛집이나 상점들을 쉽게 이용할 수 있고, 그렇다고 그 곳과 너무 가까워서 소음으로 방해받는 일은 따로 없었습니다. 지하철역에는 걸어서 오분정도 거리에 있습니다. 그리고 근처에 공원이 많아서 걷고 쉬기에도 좋았습니다. 방 규모는 고시원보다 조금 큰 사이즈로 협소한 편이지만 혼자 쓰기에는 딱히 불편하지 않았습니다. 욕실은 만약 덩치가 큰 남자분일 경우에는 씻기에 다소 협소할 수 있습니다. 오피스텔이라기 보다 원룸텔에 가까운 느낌이었으며, 옆 방 사람이 욕실에서 기침을 하게 되면 매우 크게 들립니다. 가성비 있는 숙소였으며 재방문 의사 있습니다!

숙소가 깔끔하고, 생각보다 훨씬 넓어서 놀랐습니다 지금이 12월이어서 그런지 크리스마스 컨셉으로 꾸민 방이 아주 개성 있었지요 ㅎㅎ 사장님도 연락을 잘 받아주셔서 좋았습니다 연락 드릴 일이 많아 좀 죄송했는데 전혀 개의치 않고 친절하게 응대하십니다 만족만족~

This is a small, compact studio 2 blocks south of Suwon's City Hall and subway stop. The place was clean and convenient: within close proximity to shops, cafes and markets. The owner (host) keeps the place well-stocked with all essentials and supplies. She's very responsive and will go the extra mile to be helpful and hospitable. Enjoyed a 2-week stay at this location and will surely return when visiting Suwon again.
