Thank you for the warm welcoming. My arrival date was very late in the early morning. Ivana‘s husband Luca waited for me and I drunk a cup of tea. It‘s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and Ada Bojana. I was very tiered and slept until noon so I woke up with the conversations of the family in the kitchen since the walls are very thin. If you are an early bird this should not happen to you. In the bathroom the shower adapter was broken and Ivana and her husband Luca replaced it immediately. You find supermarkets very close and you can reach the beach after a 20 minutes walk. I had warm welcoming conversations with both and their son is super sweet and calm. Hvala 🙏

Stay in Dragan's place feels like having a vacation in your granddad's country house. Apartment is cozy and clean, with basic amenities and magnificent view from the terrace! Please note that there's no A/C, so it feels a bit hot inside of the apartment (mid August) — we had to sleep with all doors and windows opened at night, allowing some fresh air to come inside. Parking in this area is a bit tricky, so it's better to take small car to visit this place.

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Der Strand ist 15min zu Fuß entfernt und mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte liegen auf dem Weg. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer und Kühlschrank. Nur die Stadt und Busstation sind 40-60min zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt leider keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Ansonsten aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Unterkunft ist recht sauber und super gelegen, gut mit dem Bus blueline sowohl von tivat als auch von Kotor gut angebunden, fährt 1x stündlich ab (Wartezeiten müssen eingeplant werden). Da unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war, hatten wir super Ausblick zu Sonnenaufgang und Untergang. In der Nähe befinden sich gute günstige Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Strände. Das Essen kann man sich gemütlich in der Gemeinschaftsküche zubereiten. Ivana, unsere Hostin, hat sich bereits Tage vor der Ankunft per Nachrichten gemeldet und uns informiert, auch während dem Aufenthalt hatten wir die Möglichkeit sie zu kontaktieren, sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und ist sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt! Gerne wieder

Kesinlikle kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdiler. Var şehrinde uygun fiyata konaklanacak tek iyi yer olabilir. Tüm olanaklar mevcuttu. Yataklar rahat ve temizdi. İhtiyaç halinde kesinlikle gideceğim ve insanları yönlendireceğim bir yer. Teşekkürler!

A very good place to stay. Close to the bus station and the beach (a few minutes walk). The owners are very nice and communication with them is pleasant and efficient. The apartment is clean and well-kept. I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone! 😁

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik ev tertemizdi çarşaflar, yorganlar mis gibi kokuyordu. Milena mesajlarımıza anında dönüş yaptı ve yardımcı oldu.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nikolai qui s'est montré être un hôte très accueillant, réactif et très aimable Le logement était très propre, bien rangé et vraiment spacieux il est bien placé par rapport aux plages , une supérette juste à côté. un petit bémol pour la route juste en face mais à par ça très bien . merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable 😄

Прекарахме си страхотно , чувствахме се като у дома си! Николай е много любезен и отзивчив! Мястото е тихо и спокойно ,в близост до красив плаж. Апартаментът е голям с удобно разположение на стаите и добре оборудван. И не на последно място , благодарение на Николай ,успяхме да се насладим на престоя си в компанията на домашния ни любимец. Задължително бихме посетили отново при следващо пътуване !

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

Dobrica's guesthouse is split into 3 areas in her back garden sleeping area upstairs with a lovely water view from the bed. kitchen and sitting area underneath that with everything you need to cook for yourself. and the bath room is in the house. This can be a problem when it rains. we had a couple of pretty severe thunderstorms but Dobrica offered us a bedroom in her house which was lovely. Beds are comfortable and shower is hot. Dobrica is one of the best hosts we have ever had we went on walks together and cooked and ate together several times. She has many wonderful stories to tell. you will not be disappointed when you choose to stay in Dobrica's little guesthouse.

I felt really welcomed here. The room and the shared space were spotless clean all the time and the location is really amazing. A minute walk to the city beach and only few minute walk from the old town. The host was really friendly to me and any of the other guest I encountered. If I even visit Kotor again, definitely will book this place again.
