Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Wij zijn naar deze bestemming gekomen als gezin met 2 kinderen van 5 en 7. Wij hadden niet de verwachting dat zij zich volledig zouden vermaken. Dit bleken wij mis te hebben, ze hebben zich goed vermaakt. De woning is zeer ruim opgesteld en vooral ook geluidswerend onderling tussen de kamers. De infinity-pool is adembenemend en voor de ouders is er fijn genot in de Spa beschikbaar. In de omgeving ook van allerlei uitstapjes te doen. Vanuit Kotor een boottocht gedaan van 3 uur, erg leuk met de kinderen. Lovcen National Park is mooi om te rijden met eigen (huur) auto. Tip is de rodelbaan op de top. De keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust, bestek en servies is minimaal dubbel beschikbaar. Balkon met 2 relaxt-eitjes ideaal om even bij te komen, waarbij de grote balkon een aangenaam ontmoetingspunt is voor ontbijt en/of diner (met barbecue!). We hebben ons super vermaakt en helaas niet alles kunnen doen, dus wij komen zeker nog terug in dit land en appartement.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow — even late at night, it was simple to get in 🙌🏼 The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped — it has everything you might need: a washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and cookware for home cooking, and lots of storage space. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the old olive tree and sitting there in silence was truly one of the most relaxing moments — perfect for anyone who wants a break from the noise of the city. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yasir and Isabel’s apartment! It was pristine, spacious and exactly as described. Perfect accommodation to stay at with our 11 month old as it was safe, quiet and walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Very handy to have a compiled folder with recommendations for places to visit. Excellent value for money - thank you so much!

Ivana is a great host! She gave us accurate instructions for location and gave us a heads up about the steepness of street to come to the apartment. There was a reserved parking waiting for us and as we entered the apartment everything was as it’s described. It’s in the ground floor where the pool is, has big balcony and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The place has SPA with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi…there is also a fair gym where we spent some time because the weather was bad for two days. Great pool also! Onog thing is that IT is preaty steep from the beach to apartment . You need to be in good shape to manage w/o taking a break. :) There was a market close by. Overall we LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! :)

Our stay at Filip's apartment was lovely. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the bay. Filip met us when we arrived and his recommendations for cafes and restaurants were great. He also referred us to a car rental company that provided great service. For those people with mobility issues, please be aware that the walk from the beach area to the apartment is quite steep. Aside from that, we highly recommend Filip's apartment!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung, Highlight waren der Pool und der Saunabereich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und man muss zum/vom Strand eine steile Straße hoch-/herunterlaufen, das sollte man wissen. Für das Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück muss man zahlen, in der Nähe ist aber auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz.

Sebastian & his team have been nothing but helpful even before the start of our stay. From the communication to the recommendations of car rentals & places to go to, they never failed to assist & amaze us. And the space itself!? Amazing! From the kitchen counter to the amazing view, this place is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Bonus points for the free access to the gym & sauna downstairs which are regularly cleaned & maintained. Definitely a must-stay! We can’t wait to come back already!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

This place is better than the photos, would highly recommend. We got away without a car (taxis from Kotor are about 12 euros). Thanks Ron and Ljubo for a great stay!

Logement pour famille nombreuses ou avec des amis. Grand, et confortable avec la clim dans toutes les pièces même si mi octobre nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Bord de mer à 15mins à pied avec de bon genoux quand même ;o) Calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Prévoir de l'anti-moustique et aussi de nourrir les chats qui viennent rapidement nous caliner :o). Nombreux sites à visiter et restaurants sympas à 15mins en voitures.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Our short stay was wonderful. The house is well equipped, it literally has everything for a comfortable life. Incredible views from the bedroom windows. The sea right under the windows is especially impressive. Also you have a big desk in one of the bedrooms and a fast internet, so it’s perfect for work. The location to the cities of Montenegro is great. Not far from the house there is a beautiful sandy beach, which is suitable to visit with children. Also nearby is Lustica Bay with a promenade and restaurants. The hosts were excellent, greeted us and allowed late check-out. It was also nice to receive a gift bottle of wine. We will definitely plan another holiday for a longer period!
