Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Everything was very clean and the cottage was super comfortable. The outdoor space and the hot tub was our favourite part - so peaceful and relaxing. Andy was a great host as well - very informative and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience! The house was far enough from downtown Dells to be quite and peaceful but close enough to be convenient to everything. Jacob was extremely responsive. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

This was my second visit and it won’t be the last! I appreciate the beautiful, quiet setting, cozy space, and amenities and that I can bring my dog with me. I enjoyed afternoon campfires and the hot tub on dry days and proximity to town and Sundara Spa. I’ll echo what other guests have mentioned about low water pressure in the shower, but that’s not enough to affect my rating or desire to return. Whisky Wood is one of my happy places.

We loved our stay. From the moment we reserved the Lilikoi to our checkout, Daryl was very attentive and responsive. It blew us away on how peaceful it was there. My girlfriend’s son rode a bike for the first time without training wheels, went kayaking for his first time, and learned archery. There was a lot of wildlife and we spent most of our time around the camp fire and surrounding woods. Dog friendly trails and lodging. Do yourself a favor a book a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

The hubs & I were looking for a quiet place to have some down time for a few days. This cabin was perfect. Quiet & private location, hot tub, great amenities that made staying in easy & local options if we wanted to venture out.

Will definitely be coming back here every time we are in the area. The cabin felt Like home, with amazing views of their buffalo herd and rolling hills. Pristinely clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Exactly what we needed.

We were in the area for workshops. We were gone quite a bit but it was a very comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I would like to go back when I can spend more time at his place and on the lake.

The cabin is great! Tranquil, relaxing, comfy, cozy, are the top words that come to mind describing it. We had a relaxing weekend in the cabin and explored a few establishments in the area. David is a great host and is very friendly, attentive (checked in with us to make sure we were settled) and has done a wonderful job with the place. Can’t wait to return in the future! We had an incredibly beautiful, peaceful stay at Carolene’s lovely home. The property is stunning with walking trails and many nearby Amish shops that are within walking distance. The cabin is so cozy and we felt right at home. Most of our weekend was spent reading on the porch and in the grass. Carolene even brought us a special treat to welcome us. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Just a wonderful 3 day stay during a curling bonspiel in Columbia County. What a beautiful cabin tucked back in a private wooded area with a wealth of wildlife ( deer, turkeys, eagles). Melissa gets all the details right and takes away any worries associated with staying away from home. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for something that feels like home. .
