Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft house! It was the perfect peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings were calm and serene, making it an ideal spot to unwind with our family and pets. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Just wished the fridge was bigger so we can stay for another night. Haha! Ghe, the host was very responsive. Ate Nanie, the caretaker was very helpful. Truly enjoyed our time here and would happily go back for another relaxing getaway.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

If you’re in the south Las Pinas and on a budget this is the best place to stay. It’s not gonna get better than what this affordable room can offer. Clean and with homey vibe. Host was very helpful and responsive. Place is tightly guarded.

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊
