The view is great. Downtown Kirkland is steps away. Jessie is an amazing host. This was my second stay and I plan to return.

I truly can’t say enough about Kristen’s stunning lake house. The views, the peace, the water toys…. It was truly a magical experience. James was a great host. We communicated well with each other and he was prompt with his replies. He gave clear instructions for getting to his place. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself, and only 10 minutes away from family whom we were visiting. It is a gorgeous and beautiful environment. Close to trails. We had fun meandering around the property with our small grandchildren. James offered to put the rowboat in the pond which we took him up on and the grandkids had a blast being rowed around the pond (by us, not James). James was friendly and helpful. We have found our place to stay during future visits to Sultan, and are looking forward to going back.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

This was exactly what we needed. Absolutely beautiful location, incredible thoughtful amenities throughout the home, responsive hosts. We had the most relaxing weekend. Definitely will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Little River House, and were blown away by the stunning riverfront views and the peaceful sounds of the Skykomish River in the background. The location is perfect! The house itself was spotless, and cozy. We spent hours playing yard games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging by the river. Can’t wait to be back!

This place was awesome. Felt right at home—like one of the family. NOTE: If you like antiseptically trendy, pristine spaces full of faux wood and IKEA furniture, DO NOT stay here. You’ll just complain and give this property less than the five stars it deserves. IF, however, you like places that bring back childhood memories of coming in off the lake so grandma can make you a pj&j, pour you some milk and put camphor on your bug-bites, this is the place. The walls are real wood paneling. The lake is beautiful and serene. There are old boardgames and even older National Geographic magazines in the hall closet. Yes, there is WiFi, Netflix, and a Keurig, but you’ll kinda wish there wasn’t. This is the place to put that behind and step back into simpler, more connected (as in, with FAMILY) times. Stay here with your family. Turn your phones off. Play boardgames, canoe, and swim. We hope to be back again for a longer stay.

Had a great relaxing weekend here with some friends. Andrew and Zhilmil were always quick to respond to messages. The hot tub was nice and easily fit all 7 of us. The place was clean and looked as pictured. You can have up to two animals come along as well, but is just another $100 for extra cleaning fee. The karaoke and laser lights in the basement were fun too. There was a really comfy couch with a projector for movies. They also specify that you don’t need to do anything for checkout and that it would all be taken care of by the cleaners which was a nice touch. We had a great time playing games and barbecuing with a nice backdrop of the river, would definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway. There are some cool hiking trails around the area too which we would have checked out if the weather was nicer during our stay

This is a really neat house in a beautiful, peaceful, and secluded location above the river. The deck was great for relaxing and listening to the river and there is a walk down to the river as well. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.

My family just loved staying at Wendy’s place in North Bend! I booked this home so we could come and see our first grandchild. There was plenty of space for everybody and the location is just beautiful. The house is just minutes away from my daughter‘s apartment, so they loaded up and brought the baby for a much more comfortable visit. Everything was greatly appreciated! Thank you. I would recommend to anybody.

The house was beautiful and cozy! Very private and inviting! Anne was very proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay and it turned out to be an incredibly relaxing and restful Anniversary retreat for my wife and I.

beautiful location! great for a weekend trip with some friends. lots of separate outdoor spaces, the heated patio is great. indoors is a bit small, it would have felt cramped if the weather was bad. fortunately it was beautiful!
