Pet friendly and FREE parking on site! A renovated, two bedroom beauty! Quick walk to beach and boardwalk! No detail spared for this cozy sanctuary -- hotel-quality bedding, a spacious shower, stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and TVs in each room! NO Parties. You must be 25+ to rent (Seaside Heights rules). We are a maximum 2 person occupancy per Seaside Heights occupancy requirements. We don't like chores, either. Your cleaning fee covers EVERYTHING!

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
