Absolutely fabulous cottage-gorgeous location, super spacious and very well equipped.

Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

I had a lovely time celebrating with friends here over the bank holiday weekend The pool table was used throughout and the hot tub was larger than expected! Great communication from the hosts and can't wait to be back at some point Thanks for having us

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.
