We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

Ik ben een maand gebleven om te werken en in het weekend Cebu en omstreken te ontdekken. De plek is ideaal omdat je kan genieten van het zwembad, de rustiggevende tuin en het dakterras waar je kan zonnen of rustig ontbijten. In de omgeving is een winkelcentrum waar je kan eten, drinken en boodschappen doen. Uiteraard zijn er overal straatverkopers waar je lokaal eten en fruit kan halen. De supermarkt is handig voor producten zoals water, zonnebrand etc. De locatie zelf is wat ver van het ceuntrum van Cebu, maar binnen 30 minuten ben je in de stad (met Grab heb je zo taxi en eten besteld, voor je eigen deur). Het internet was goed genoeg om meetings te hebben en er was een bureautje waar ik kon zitten en werken. Pierre en Nelia waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaven tips over wat er te doen was. Haar famlieleden waren ook zeer behulpzaam en als ik iets nodig had stonden ze voor mij klaar. Ik kijk met veel plezier terug naar het verblijf en zou zo volgend jaar weer boeken.

A great place for family Gathering 🫶

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. I would definitely stay here again!

The couple was nice and very friendly. They even brought a bluetooth speaker with mic, telling us we wer the first users. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to come here again in the near future. Kudos to the couple and the people there.

Thank you for allowing us to stay. As other have said, additional $13US a day for aircon in the lounge room ( we didn’t take it used a pedestal fan and it was fine ). For a small one lane street is in extremely noisy with motorbikes going up and down all day and all night if you are sleeping in the front room. Otherwise, a modern house, clean, and well appointed. Thank you.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Evelyn was vey helpful and gave us good tips where to go and what to see. Felt very good and secured. Plus the airport is nearby- only 10min drive- so that was also very helpful. Highly recommended!:)

I stayed in Avida 3 times before but Marexe place is the best one yet, its clean, its easily accessible, private, tidy and comfy. I would highly recommend Marexe place to anyone who is visiting Cebu, its best condo i have stayed so far in whole of Cebu

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Mactan Newtown, Cebu at Pacific One Place, hosted by James and his partner, Asia, and it was phenomenal. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, I can confidently say this was one of the best. The beautiful lighting, top-notch TV, and overall cleanliness made it feel like home. James and Asia clearly take great pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable space. Though I didn’t get to meet James in person, I wish I had just to shake his hand and commend him for the outstanding hospitality. If you’re visiting Mactan Newtown, do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb. You won’t be disappointed! 막탄을 자주 와서 정말 많은 숙소를 이용해봤는데 묶었던 숙소 중 최고 였습니다. 위치 ㅡ 메인 게이트 근처라 찾기 쉽고 나갈 때도 쉬웠습니다. 공간 ㅡ 전체적으로 너무 넓었습니다. 부엌의 바도 좋았고 넓은 쇼파도 좋았습니다. 전반적인 후기 ㅡ 숙소 설명이 간략하지만 체험은 기대 이상이었습니다. 토스트기 부터 전자레인지 필요한 건 다 있었고 거실에도 에어콘이 두 개였습니다. 사진에서 보는 것 보다 훨씬 넓고 7명이 지내기에 정말 충분 했습니다. 다른 분들에게도 정말 강추드립니다. 그리고 베이스 워터 빌리지에 입지해있어서 안전하고 다른 리조트로 가기에도 정말 편합니다. 호스트분도 이것저것 배려 많이 해주셔서 긴 시간 정말 편안하게 있었습니다. 감사합니다:)

As first time guests of Glenda’s place, I’d say we were very satisfied. The place was located in a subdivision with really responsible security personnel, so you know you are safe. It was peaceful and quiet. The place is full of CCTV’s. Kitchen was the best part of the house. Glenda as a host is 10/10- very responsive and considerate. We had some special requests and she was so considerate to allow us. Ann, the keeper of the house is also very responsive and checks on you from time to time. Will definitely book again :)

What a awesome experience. Lillibeth went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcomed for the two we were there. Lillibeth and her husband was always there to answer any questions we had or things that needed to be addressed. Since I know the area very well there was no problem getting around because Lillibeth's home is close to everything. Public Market, Airport, Gaisano Mall, Cebu City and all the major attractions for tourists. I rate her home and service 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful. Great community with 24 hour security at the gate. I recommend highly. Thanks for everything.

The view was fantastic! Host communicates well and attended to our needs. The TV, sound system, and wifi was great as well. Kitchen was well equipped. CR was clean. Recommended place for private events.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve had the opportunity to rent in the Philippines! The host was great the caretaker is great such a beautiful place as pictured very safe area,And amenities are literally walking distance from the place.The house is as picture just beautiful in every aspect.I’d definitely rent this property again 5 star!

Sehr schönes und blitzsauberes Haus! Der private Pool war auch toll. Super ausgestattet. Zur Umgebung kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir das Haus nur für einen Stopover für eine Nacht gebucht haben. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft
