It is on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator. My apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The metro 12 is nearby and will allow you to quickly access all the iconic areas of Paris.
