Felt right at home we just wish we lived in such a beautiful place!!

Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

A lovely place to relax at. Owners were great and helpful. Loads of places to go and see around the area. Cabin was nice and spacious. Will defiantly be returning in the future.

Fabulous location for exploring Bosham, and the property is beautifully presented. The courtyard overlooking the Mill stream is totally unique and added a memorable aspect to our stay.

Great value for money, perfect size and setup for a young family such as ourselves. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Location great, couldn’t be much closer to the beach. Off street parking was good, particularly in the busy summer season. We would definitely go again if in the area.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless — definitely 5 stars for cleanliness. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything about the stay was just great overall. I’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Just great! Big open rooms, very clean and well easy to get about

Warm, welcoming, well equipped, cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for exploring Southsea and Old Portsmouth. Just a few minutes walk to the Southsea sea front and 10 - 15 minutes walk to The King's Theatre, where we were attending an event. Catherine, our host, was very proactive in communicating with us throughout, with clear instructions for checking in, where to park, key safe code and wifi login details etc. Parking was on street, readily available and right outside the accommodation, which is in a quiet location. Catherine even provided the appropriate parking permit, for just £3.00. All of this made for a very relaxing stay, at a price that was highly competetive, based on the prices quoted by other hotels and guest houses in the area. Highly recommended.

House was wonderful. The photos do not do justice to the rooms and grounds. The furnishings, artwork and kitchen supplies are stunning. You are stumbling distance from a pub and grocery. And not much further to a walk along the thames.
