The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. Das Penthouse ist i der 3. Etage und hat einen sensationellen Blick auf das Meer, die Stadt, die Inseln Brač und Haar. Den Sonnenuntergang lässt sich von der großzügigen Terrasse wunderbar genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und auch verkehrsruhig mit dazugehörigen Parkplätzen und viel Grün. Der Infinitypool mit auch einem Blick auf das Meer bietet für alle Gäste im Haus einen Badespaß. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet.

Unsere stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich wunderbar für Gruppenreisen. Die Villa besteht aus zwei Doppelhaushälften mit jeweils eigener Küche und zwei Bädern. Das größere Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, das kleinere über zwei. Beide bieten eine eigene Terrasse zum Entspannen. Ein Grill lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Poolbereich und Sonnendeck können gemeinsam genutzt werden. Für unsere Gäste stehen insgesamt vier Parkplätze bereit.
