Great place to hang out if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Had just spent a day moving a family member so the jacuzzi hot tub was just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay here was amazing! Jill was very responsive and friendly, even reached out afterwards to check in to make sure everything went well. The bar/restaurant down the road was amazing too. We visited willow river state park and loved how close it was to the cabin. The bed was also super comfy! We appreciated the snacks/pantry goods that were included as well. Thanks for the great stay!

You will not find a better cabin/hostess! This is the coziest, most comfortable cabin we’ve stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice- the view, property, and interior far exceeded our expectations and a number of things have been updated to improve certain aspects of the stay. Lisa went above & beyond to make sure we had an easy check-in and everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet as could be, the most noise we heard was from the ducks! Jay Cook was an easy drive away, and not much further- Duluth. Banning was 10min away and fantastic hiking. There’s a Dollar General just inside Willow River & brunch at Figueroa’s Cafe was delicious. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We would vacation here again just to stay in the cabin, and hopefully will again. Highly recommend for a getaway!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The area was private and quiet, and we never ran out of things to do. I think our favorite part was enjoying the hot tub during the evening sunset and listening/seeing all the wildlife. We even had a bald eagle fly right over us! We hope to stay again soon!

Great place and a great host! Katelyn responded to messages almost immediately every time we had a question. Place is peaceful and clean! we absolutely loved the Hygge House and our stay there. Not only was it adorable and beautifully decorated, it was immaculately clean and Kaity and Brett were wonderful to work with-So kind and responsive. We even added on another day to our trip because we were loving it and needing the quiet and rest away from home. The Cable area is our favorite and we will definitely be back to this wonderful place to stay.

The Bunkhouse exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and clean. We enjoyed being right on the lake, walking in the woods, a warm campfire, and the sauna! The internet allowed us to stream a Lynx basketball game, the porch offered quiet reading space, and the pullout sofa afforded restful sleep. Our old dog loved the calm outdoors and “Back 40”. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic hosts with fantastic little cabin. Absolutely loved my stay. Super cozy and warm during the coldest snap of the year! Would be even better in the summer with the beautiful location, outdoor amenities, and classic cabin on the lake!

Greg’a place was very clean with a lovely view of the river. The heated floors and useable fireplace made the space extra special. Would stay here again.

Booking Bill and Sere’s place is exactly what Airbnb is all about :) The kids had a blast fishing the trout pond. The windows overlooking the property was so peaceful to wake up to. The first morning we seen some deer by the pond. The sauna is a very nice touch. We would definitely come back to this little slice of heaven again!

Eileen was a wonderful hostess. Her house and property are beautiful, and the clear view of the stars at night are gorgeous as well. Eileen is very accommodating and has thought of everything to ensure that I had the best experience. She thought of every possible thing i could have forgot to pack and had extras if needed. She offers information on local shopping, dining, and outings while extending the invite to enjoy her vast, beautiful property. I loved my stay and am hopeful I will get back someday. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Our cozy retro cabin was updated with all the modern amenities you could hope for. The bed felt like a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom had a nice hot shower with excellent pressure. The towels were fluffy and the eucalyptus soap and shampoo smelled terrific. We enjoyed the vanilla ice cream from a local dairy that Katie left for us in the freezer. The small, private beach gave us a spectacular view of Lake Superior and the starry night sky. The resort was conveniently located to so many incredible places: the Apostle Island National Lakeshore, Madeline Island, and St. Peter's Dome and all the small towns on the north shore of Wisconsin. What an amazing weekend we had enjoying all the colors of fall! Thank you, Katie.

They houae was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so nice. The lake view was amazing and the house had a lot of great amenities that made our trip even better.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, we watched a DVD she had, there were lots of interesting books, we could walk to downtown, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. We felt right at home!

Beautiful property and cabin. I loved how the host posted helpful friendly notes and labels in various spots to make staying there and finding things easy. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom all well stocked. I loved all the windows and beauty of the pines seen through them. Easy walk down to the river. Very clean and roomy.

We LOVE the little blue cabin. We have gone back several times now and it feels like a little peaceful home away from home. It is especially nice in the winter and is a great spot to arrive and not have to leave! We love spending time in the cozy living room with the fireplace and also love that we can ski, show shoe, hike or sled right outside the door on their amazing trails! It is like a winter playground. We are so grateful to have found this little gem of a home.
