We stayed this past weekend and the place is beautiful! The view from the living room looked like you were overlooking a prairie. Absolutely stunning!! If you need a quiet place to stay with gorgeous views, this is the place to stay!

From the moment I booked until after I checked out, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The house itself was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb is one of our favorite Airbnb stays. 5 stars all the way. The house was spotlessly clean, the space is very large and comfortable, the beds were super comfortable, the outside screened in porch was so relaxing to have your coffee in the morning and the creek in the backyard was just lovely. The kitchen was well stocked for anything you'd want to cook. A true home away from home. There was coffee, tea, condiments and other cooking essentials already there. The best stocked Airbnb we've stayed at. After our flight was delayed we didn't stop at the grocery store and were grateful for the very thoughtful muffins, oranges, snacks and other grocery items in the fridge left for us. The host was responsive, thoughtful and very kind. Thank you so much Nancy! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.

This home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and just overall awesome! I loved that it was pet-friendly and I was able to bring my Frenchies with me, they felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely come back again!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb with our group of 18 (4 families, including 8 adults and 10 kids), and it exceeded all expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including new coffee machines that were a big hit. The living areas were cozy and perfect for spending time together, with smart TVs and board games that kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and fresh linens. The big driveway was a huge plus, as it easily accommodated our 4 large SUV trucks. The attention to detail in this home made our stay so enjoyable, and it’s clear the hosts put in a lot of effort to make their guests feel welcome. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a perfect getaway!

The space was perfect for the getaway. Great space for a couple we stayed Friday through Monday. The communication was great. Everything was described perfectly and it was a very cozy space. I would definitely recommend and book anytime I come visit!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

You’re really enjoyed staying at Madison‘s place, we were able to get around easily on foot and with our rental car. The place was quiet and the neighbors were basically nonexistent. The kitchen is well appointed and if you want to cook there you can since there are pots and pans and utensils etc. Also, the fridge is huge and the bathroom has a bathtub, which is a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and staying at this particular location really made our trip even better.

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. This is the third time I have stayed at this location. The location is perfect for me when I am visiting my son as it is close to his apartment. The Cosmic Pickle is three blocks away! The apartment is clean and the amenities are as described. The hosts are very communicative and easy to work with.

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. It was such a beautiful peaceful stay. The views were excellent and Tye was an excellent host and extremely accommodating. Will definitely book again.

The grandkids loved it. Youngest one loved the ping pong. Mid Grandkid loved the fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts. And the oldest loved the pool. Convenient location, local grocery store and eateries. Close to Austin and local sites.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and quiet. Property has everything you could need. Highly recommend to future guests.
