Lokasinya agak terpencil kerana terletak di kawasan baharu, tetapi itu bukan masalah kerana saya mempunyai kenderaan sendiri. Rumahnya juga sangat baharu, dan pemilik rumah sangat teliti dalam menghias rumah tersebut.

Great location. Beautiful home. Village style home, all rooms have aircond. Rumah dekat dengan bandar teluk intan, tapi tak terasa seperti dibandar pun. Fusion between modern & traditional. Rumah bersih, memang banyak barang-barang menggamit memori. Alhamdulillah. Sangat berpuas hati. Host pun sangat responsive. Memang sesuai untuk small family. Maximum 10 pax and 3 cars je muat.

The house was clean and convenient. The homestay is close to local restaurants and shops. The balcony view is stunning, environment is private, quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He provided helpful local recommendations and ensured that everything was in order during my stay. I highly recommend this homestay to who visiting Kampar. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a good time staying at Champs Elysees. There is nothing too much to talk about. Everything is so nice. I had a good sleep at night because the bed was very comfortable and the surrounding was peaceful. The cleanliness is definitely 10/10. The only problem is I can’t find the iron. Worth every penny if you have no where else to stay for a night ❤️

Firstly, a huge thank to the hosts, Kelvin and Kaiwei for providing such a wonderful place! We are satisfied with everything! Never expect to stay in such a comfortable, clean and big unit at Kampar. Other than that, the hosts are very responsive and friendly in answering our inquiries. Besides, Kelvin also provided a clear check-in guide for us, making it a breeze throughout the process. Secondly, the location is just 10 minutes from Utar, it is also quiet and we had a good sleep at night. Highly recommended to everyone who looking for Airbnb in Kampar! This place is the best!
