The place is super nice. Complete things in the kitchen, we didn’t have any major issues. Kuya (caretaker) is super proactive din because we have a lot of things, he already prepared the trolly upon check out.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

Christine’s place is so spacious. It was well lit because of the floor to ceiling glass windows. It was able to accommodate all of us pretty well. It has a veranda overlooking the lagoon which is best for relaxation or family meals. Looking forward to our next stay.

The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out. We had such a pleasant stay in Ann Marie’s space. The unit was very clean and organized (they even have labels for all the essentials such as gym and pool towels etc.). The space layout was also very well thought of! We’ll definitely go back here if we need a place to stay again in Alabang. Thank you!

Really comfortable place with everything we needed. Very walkable with lots of activity in the park across the street. There are several shopping areas near by with grocery, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The pool is very nice too. Maria was a fabulous host making sure we had everything we needed. She responded quickly to any request or concern.

Lorie is super responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and equipped with what I need, and Lorie communicates what isn’t there so I was well prepared. The place is also super accessible and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, I will book again when I’m back ☺️

Mack's place is a true gem, ideal for solo or duo travelers. The unit is clean & thoughtfully furnished. Also, wifi is fast & glitch free! It's located in a prime spot, making it convenient to explore the city. Everything felt so accessible. Plus factor: very responsive & accomodating hosts. 5 stars indeed!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. Sir Launcelot is very nice and responsive. Location is great since the event I went to is just at filinvest concert grounds. Nearby to a 7 eleven so that's great also for convenience. Wifi is great, I still got to work.

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. It was a good stay. Unit was so spacious for us. We were able to have fun and celebrate. I was not expecting extra bed cause in the listing it shows only one but there's a double bed beside. We were able to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great! It really exceeded my expectation. Perfect place, clean, spacious and homy vibe.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

The place is nice and very accessible to Tagaytay's famous restaurants or tourist places. The place is well kept and the garden of the bldg is really nice & peaceful. The amenities have fees though, would have been nice if it was free to use. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to rest after walking around Tagaytay.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.
