We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Super accomodating and chill stay! 5mins walk lang to the beach and clubhouse and pet-friendly pa—they allowed us with our 5 dogs, as in buong furfamily. 🐶 The unit was clean and cozy, plus ang daming activities! May basketball 🏀 and volleyball balls 🏐, bikes for biking around 🚲, darts🎯, board games , karaoke🎤, and even a grill for BBQ 🍖 nights. Hosts were super accommodating and easy to talk to. Sobrang sulit—we’ll def come back lalo na at ang hirap ireserve ng place na to dahil palaging may booking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this beautiful house. The place was spotless and well maintained. Pauline was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and peaceful . Overall I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a comfortable clean and cozy place.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Peaceful atmosphere & convenient location near the beaches. Pictures are accurate, easy to check-in and check-out. Overall, satisfied with my stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly peaceful—just what we all needed to recharge. The host and caretakers were amazing, super friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities were great, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Our family and friends had such a great time—everyone felt so at ease and truly enjoyed every moment. This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Everything was just perfect. We we're assisted every step of the way, from the parking, the necessary forms to fill up prior to checking in, was informed personally on all the things we need to know about. Communication was very easy and we had a great stay. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Tagaytay!

✨This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Tagaytay! It matches the description perfectly and the aesthetics are just beautiful. We were truly wow-ed the moment we arrived — from the cozy lighting to the gorgeous interior design, everything was so relaxing and inviting. I was genuinely excited, and even my husband, who has very high standards and is quite picky, absolutely loved the place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly wanted to extend our stay for another 5 days, but sadly, it was already fully booked — that’s how amazing it is! I also appreciated that we could cook, as the kitchen was fully equipped with complete utensils and cookware. And can I just say, I even fell in love with their vacuum! (I actually enjoyed cleaning the floor — lol).🙂 Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!🫶

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

Great and quiet location. Awesome view of Taal lake from the balcony. Food and coffee near the area. Check in can be a little confusing but still over all its a great place to stay in Tagaytay

The place is very clean and homey, plus we felt relaxed after the long and hot summer drive when we arrived at the unit. Prior check-in, Tes has been a wonderful host, updating us with tips for our stay and reminders on what to prepare. The complete kitchen amenities helped us cook and reheat our own food during our entire stay. Also, there are toys available for my 2-y.o nephew :) I look forward to book with Tes again when we plan our Pico de Loro trip in the future. :)

nice homey place

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

It exceeded my expectations! The unit was clean, spacious and aesthetic. The best part for me was the view from the balcony, it was breathtaking! Free water is a plus too! The host was very accommodating and responds promptly. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come back again.

This place is truly a treasure. For under 50 USD, you can wake up to a breathtaking view of fog rolling in as the sunlight gently filters through the 180-degree windows in the master bedroom. The building is situated in the heart of the city, yet it offers a perfect blend of privacy, security, and much-needed peace. A supermarket, pharmacy, several restaurants, bars, and even a hospital are just a short walk away. Maria Morna and her caretaker, Olen, were incredibly attentive. The entire process, from booking to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were exactly as described. A huge plus: parking space! I can definitely see myself reserving this property again for our next getaway.
