Perfect stay. The flat is an easy 5 minute drive or 10 minute bus ride from Bath city centre. We did not attempt the walk but this would be a beautiful walk into the city, likely around 25-30 mins. The flat is in a peaceful residential area and lovely street. Parking is a plus (although drive in carefully if you have a low riding car!). We went into Bath most days, but did explore Alexandra Park one in the local area one afternoon, which has a great viewpoint of Bath and kids playground. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book with Bath Luxury Stays again for our next visit.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We were visiting family in and around Bath and know the area well, and the parking space clinched this for us. But it was also beautiful, spotless, extremely quiet and perfectly situated. Couldn’t fault it. We also don’t mind the hill and walked up and down it several times rather than taking a bus or taxi. It’s only a 15 minute walk into the centre, by the Abbey. Can recommend The Architect behind the Abbey for a gorgeous meal in a sophisticated setting. Thank you all, we’ll be back!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to bath. Short walk into town. Ideal if you’re bringing the car too! Place was so lovely and has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay at Julies. I would highly recommend it. It is so cosy, bright, impeccably clean, everything was there that you needed. Also Julie had left stuff for breakfast, cereals, yogurts, tea, coffee, bread. It was a really nice touch. I also loved the "Sanctuary" shower gels, body lotions, that were there for our use. The balcony was also an added bonus and we had our breakfast outside in the sun each morning. I will definitely be back.

Geoffrey's place was a beautiful apartment with stunning views, especially the sunset. amazing to relax at the end of the day on the balcony. Top tier! Geoffrey was great and super helpful. He left breakfast and everything we could possibly need to cook and make ourselves at home. Would 100% recommend and if the time came would definitely stay again. Thanks heaps!

Absolute gem of a place. Needed a weekend away from everyday life and Julie’s place did you disappoint. From the moment we landed to the minute we left Julie was lovely and always on hand if needed. The scenery and HotTub is a must. Will be back again if her AirBnB remains.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

Wish we’d stayed longer! A beautiful home, perfectly situated, with stunning gardens. Giant magnolias, blossom trees, a vegetable garden and more make this a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

wow what a truly beautiful place! we were a family group meeting to catch up for a weekend, we used both properties and they were perfect. The description is spot on but even better in reality. Everything you could possibly need in terms of cooking and relaxing together in the most beautiful surroundings. We would most definitely return again. Thank you both for creating such a magical place.

Very nice place, had a good feel as soon as we got in. We asked about parking prior to booking and Nigel resolved it right away...a fee to the council but sorted by him and we repaid. Location is great for walking into town, everything handy but in a little quiet area...perfect! We felt it was good value and nice and easy all round.

We had a lovely stay. It’s very central and only a 5 minute walk from the car park. It was beautifully presented,very clean and smelling lovely and fresh. The beds were very comfortable with lovely fresh linen. All in all it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

The photos didn't do this place justice, it was beautiful . It was so quiet and relaxing and Tony and Rosemary were quick to respond to anything I asked, I would definitely stay here again

Two night stay in this stunning apartment, near to Bristol but away from the centre. Spotless, comfortable, love the courtyard, home away from home...and more! We will be back!

A great location, a pleasant 10 min walk along the river into Frome centre and so peaceful. Slept really well, a lovely comfortable Airbnb with everything you would need and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend. Spotlessly clean, a comfortable home from home. Little touches such as toiletries and homemade muffins very much appreciated. Spacious and very well appointed with all amenities. Kate is a perfect host.
