Many outdoor activities, with skating, icefishing & snowmobiling in winter & paddle boarding, kayaking, etc in the summer, plus endless amazing sunsets. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door.
