Great place for a beach getaway! Tucked away at the end of a private driveway on a quiet, dead-end road, super peaceful and relaxing. The space has a laid-back vibe that younger guests will probably enjoy most, especially with the futon couch, casual furniture setup, and smaller bathroom. Perfect spot if you’re looking for a chill escape near the beach!

This place had everything we needed for my family and I. Great location and walking distance to the beach! My family very much enjoyed their time here and highly recommend this wonderful place! 🏝️

Brittni and Jeremy’s was very convenient to the beach. It is close enough to the local grocery store and some restaurants. We thought it had everything we needed for the beach including beach chairs and a sizable cooler to use. Brittni and Jeremy offered to check in early which was great after our long drive from home. It is very pet friendly with pet beds in a few places, dog toys, dog bowls and a little backyard. There are board games which we played every night we were there! We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to PCB!! The house was pleasantly stocked with pretty much everything you could think of. It was the perfect size for my dog to roam and was a very short walk to the beach, which is an added bonus. We felt very “at home” the whole time !

We loved Richard’s place! We stayed for four days and never left once we arrived. The observation/sundeck was so cool to have. The pool was very nice and new. Loved the screened in porch. The house was built I’m guessing in the 1940’s and I love the charm of it. They have definitely upgraded the place, but I appreciated the adorable doors and door knobs. We booked a full week in July , the very first night we stayed there. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you Richard😎

Thanks for the dog toy. It's nice the lady across the drive checks in and is friendly when we run into her. Love that she included soap for the laundry this time. Nice place and this was our second stay. Looking forward to booking this place again next year.

My family and I enjoyed our stay during Spring Break 2025 weekend. The home is beautiful and welcoming, very spacious, clean, beautiful decor, nice neighborhood. Each room has a TV, all amenities included. Dennis was very helpful, he responded immediately and was more than accommodating to our needs. I will use this home again. Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

We are in the area on a regular basis and like finding new places to stay. This home has so much character. The hardwood floors, niches in various rooms with unique pieces. Our stay was so comfortable and all the needs of home were available.
