This was a good place to stay for our first trip to Oviedo. Right in town with easy walking access to restaurants, parks, events and train and bus connections. A bit noisy on the weekends, but that is to be expected in a tourist area.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very responsive, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean and easy to get to. Its location is fantastic. It is close to downtown Biarritz, a short walk to the market, and about 10 - 15 minutes to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment has one shower and one bathtub, each located in a bedroom. This setup might require a bit of coordination if multiple people need to use them or want some privacy. There is a washing machine and dryer available on the bottom floor. One thing to note is that the apartment is at the top of four flights of stairs, not including the ones to get into the building. It may be something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a place close to the beach, market, and downtown Biarritz!

El estudio estaba en un barrio muy tranquilo, no se escuchaba ningún ruido, todo muy bonito, y cómodo para 3 personas, el jardín estaba precioso, muy bien cuidado. Lo mejor las vistas de los alrededores. El dueño ha estado muy amable y atento en todo momento, nos ha aconsejado sitios para visitar. Recomiendo éste alojamiento para desconectar y sentirte como en casa a la vez . Hay muchos lugares turísticos para visitar cerca.

Joselo es un gran anfitrion. Amable y disponible. Permite flexibilidad siempre que puede. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Ademas esta muy cerca de los puntos turisticos de Santander y de la zona del puerto y bares. Recomendado

Un petit cocon très douillet avec une décoration soignée avec goût, comme une petite maison duplex, très confortable, un adorable balcon, une cuisine bien équipée avec des petites attentions, sel de l'île de ré,vin local... Très bonne literie, enceinte bluthooth, des livres et jeux sympas, emplacement pour les vélos dans la cour privée et un emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur de Saint Martin. Un vrai bonheur pour une escapade rétaise,nous reviendrons assurément ! Merci Catherine et Thierry pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Logement paisible pour un dépaysement total. Le loft est très bien équipé, très propre, fidèle à sa description et fonctionnel. Il y a possibilité de profiter de la piscine, des espaces extérieurs pour manger et se détendre. Du vin local fait maison est disponible et très bon. En résumé, super séjour et toute tranquillité.

Conoscevamo da tempo la Belle Ile, ma non la zona in cui si trova l'alloggio di Nadine , che ha corrisposto in pieno a cio' che noi desideravamo : lontano dal paese, immerso nella natura , isolato e silenzioso . L'alloggio e' perfetto per 2 persone, lo spazio non e' grande ma ben organizzato e molto corrispondente al nostro gusto.

100% recomendable!! La atención y amabilidad de Chus es excepcional. El ático está súper bien equipado, muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene ascensor. Y además la ubicación es excelente. Ha sido un viaje en pareja y repetiríamos en este ático sin dudarlo!!! Muchas gracias Chus por todo!!

Das Apartment ist einzigartig eingerichtet und trotz der Dachschrägen sehr großzügig und gemütlich! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und ist ein echtes Erlebnis gewesen. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bushaltestellen ins Stadtzentrum. Alles top! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Me encantó la estancia y la atención por parte de los anfitriones, sitio ideal para compartir en familia y desconectar, 100% recomendado la estadía el sitios nos encantó fuimos con una bebé de 11 meses y la verdad nos la pasamos genial en familia , hicimos barbacoa y no se siente ruido de nada por las noches. Lo recomiendo

loft très agréable et bien situé, très proche des commerces, des bus (15 mn de bus pour la Concha). Loft très bien décoré, literie impeccable, calme. Javier est très réactif et nous a donné énormément de conseils (visites, sorties, restaurants...) . Je recommande ce logement et compte y retourner.

A perfect stay. Javier has thought of everything for a relaxing, comfortable stay. His place is also very convenient to everything there is to do in San Sebastian. You literally have everything at your fingertips. All the sights out the door. Great produce stands, a health food store and a delicatessen right around the corner and tons of pintxo restaurants minutes away. We truly enjoyed our stay at Javier's and would recommend it to anyone. His daughter's artwork decorates the apartment. She's very good! Enjoy your stay at Javier's. You will be happy you chose his place.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement had wat we nodig hadden en het uitzicht was top. Heerlijk tot rust gekomen door de locatie van de accomodatie. En maar een paar minuten met de auto van Cangas de Onis om lekker te slenteren en uiteten te kunnen.

Super séjour chez Elisa et Nicolas, ils ont été adorables et disponible tout au long du séjour. Le cadre est parfait, calme et verdure ! Dépaysement réussi pour nous ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons par ici ! Merci !!

Dany est un excellent hôte très réactif. Le logement est dans le centre avec les commerces accessibles.....stationnement disponible à 50 m. Excellent logement.

I loved staying in this small studio, it was very well equipped and perfect for long stays as well. It's located in a very peaceful area of the city. Antoine was a very attentive host and communication was easy. I highly recommend it!
