Local restaurant/bar, dairy and takeaway (5min walk). We offer a safe quiet fully insulated cabin, that sleeps two people (not suitable for children under 8) . Central base to experience the wonderful great lake tourist/events area. Guests will be comfortable in top of the line beds and a continental breakfast is included.

Nature permitting, you can star gaze while soaking in the outdoor bath, spot the milky way, or our very own glow worms. 15mins drive to CBD and Eat street, Gondolas, Canopy Tours, Hobbiton approximately an hour away.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity this unique location has to offer. Enjoy a refreshing swim , relax in the outdoor bath tubs or try your hand at catching a trout. Enjoy the tranquil sound of nature from every aspect. Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Littlefoot Tiny House

Tiny house complete with small kitchenette and bathroom, outside shower and bath. The cabin has either superking bed or 2 singles. Peaceful rural setting 4 km from the iconic Whangamata beach. Sealed road for cyclists and 2km from beautiful bush walks and waterfall. We are a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens with an organic garden and orchard. This accomodation is not suitable for children. Self catered but continental breakfast can be supplied on request at $12.50 per person (cash).

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Wake up to stunning views over ocean and islands - just a 5min walk through the paddock to the secluded beach. Hot shower under the stars. Outdoor bath to soak away the cares. Seperate toilet.

Little Black Box

Enjoy big views in a unique little space of your own. Our air bnb cabin is nestled in a private area at the bottom of our property. There is a separate bathroom facility that includes a toilet and small sink plus a hot outdoor shower. The cabin has a comfortable queen size bed and facilities to make a hot cuppa. We are a 10minute stroll from central Tairua where you can find a number of eating options. The surf beach is a 5 minute drive or 30minute walk.

Sparrow Hut

This off-grid and self-build hut, unreachable by car, is set in a quiet, idyllic, rural landscape, overlooking rolling farmland with no another property in sight. It is situated in the middle of our 120 acre cattle farm. Solar power,a walk across rolling farmland, and a STEEP AND UNEVEN 10 MINUTE HIKE UPHILL to get to the hut, offer an authentic off-grid experience. We recommend only bringing up the bare necessities. Get your boots on and explore!

Tranquill Country Retreat in Rotorua City

Country living within city limits overlooking a small pond with views toward Mt Ngongotaha and the hills around Rotorua. This property is NOT suitable for children. It has a kitchenette, with a fridge, small gas hob and microwave, a bedroom and ensuite. The small living area opens fully on to a substantial covered deck, doubling your living space. The property is down a long ROW, tucked in behind some fruit trees and overlooking a small pond.

Redwood Bivvy

Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
