Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

This property was great for a girl's weekend trip. It comfortably accommodated 7 people. The house was very clean and spacious. The pictures online do not do the house justice. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I could not have picked a better spot in Wading River. I would definitely book this air bnb in the future. Don't hesitate to book this house!

We spent a week at Joe‘s house and couldn’t be happier. The house, property, and surrounding area was amazing. Everything was super clean, and you won’t find a spot like this anywhere else. The master bathroom is incredible. Already trying to figure out how I can replicate that shower in my own house lol. would recommend this place 100%

The place is stunning. The views and being right on the beach is priceless. We stayed with two kids and a dog. Would want to buy the place that is how much we loved it! Everything is there as described and more. The piano was great for the kids! Chelsea is super helpful and nice. Finally again an AirBnB that feels like home.

My old college band got together for a mellow weekend of jamming and catching up. Shay’s lovely beach house was perfect in every way - thoughtfully outfitted, cleaned and cared for. Shay is a really nice guy too. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!

Very very good Airbnb experience. The house is cosy, organized and well loved and the gardens/pool are serenely beautiful. It’s the perfect spot. I’d recommend highly.

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

Hidden gem!!! Shhhh don’t tell anyone this place was fabulous and I want to stay the whole summer! Nothing bets fire island and this house was the perfect retreat!!! Beautiful, spotless and well put together! Loved it! Perfect for a family or friends get away!!! Hosts were responsive and friendly as well. Close to beach and great to a have a pool for part of the day! Great location walkable/bikable to Seaview, Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park for dinner was a breeze! A must!

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

This airbnb was absolutely magical. The views are stunning! Dan and his team make you feel so well taken care of. Highly recommend him! Their recommendations of Daphne’s and Bagels and Brunch did not disappoint. If you feel like you need to recharge, this is a very special place. Looking forward to booking my return to this airbnb! Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

Easily one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in! The hosts were very accommodating, responsive, and had the BEST amenities. My kids really enjoyed the board games and the beach down the street. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Astrid was a great host and the house was awesome. It has an indescribable character and charm, with amazing views to go with it. Visiting in the early Spring, we weren't fully able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but could only imagine a stay later in the spring/summer. The home was cozy and private. Additionally, very well equipped with everything you could need, from paper towels to cooking supplies. The stairs are steep as mentioned, but we had zero issues. Would highly recommend!

Das kleine Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Details passen und sind hübsch. Die Umgebung hätten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt, da es mitten in einer Siedlung von kleinen Hütten und Häuschen stand. Alles etwas sehr nah auf einander. Aber die Nachbarn die da waren, waren sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Vielen lieben Dank das wir zu Gast bei Ihnen sein durften….😊
