This is was a great value. The apartment is in a great location for getting to beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. Although it may not look like the greatest neighborhood we were comfortable and the neighbors very pleasant.The terrace was a nice bonus.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, parece nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estancias largas tambien como la cocina y lavadora y secadora. Zandra siempre respondió rapido a todas nuestras consultas.

Todo estuvo muy bien genial lugar muy tranquilo para dormir. Me encanta porque de noche te sientas en. El Balcón y escucha los coquis. Lugar vencimdario tranquilo lo recomiendo al Cien

I had a 2 night stay at Monica’s and it was great from start to finish. The place was just as expected. It was clean, simple and just what I needed. The complimentary snacks, water, coffee and even spices, were a very nice touch. I didn’t do any cooking this visit but saw that all of the necessities were there. Monica was responsive and pleasant and after I inquired about late check out, she offered that at no cost. I ended up not needing it but it was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. There is a bar on the corner which is a little loud at most hours (Even in the AM) but with the AC running at night, it didn’t disturb me at all. The location is great too. There’s a supermarket a few blocks away. Next time in Bayamon, I would love to stay with Monica again!

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Joan went above and beyond for us, we had a little confusion with the shower and in less than 5 minutes she was already texting us. Her parents are 2 humble people also recommended us some near by restaurants.

This place was amazing. Quick to San Juan which helped a lot and to the airport which was a bonus! Loved it

This place was perfect. it was a valentine weekend getaway. the place was clean smelled clean linen clean. located in a great area. I walked to Walmart and there were a lot of restaurants & movie theater located near by. it was a quite neighborhood and I enjoyed not being with a lot of tourists. I would stay here again.

This was an amazing place and I would recommend. Very clean and the neighbours are very kind. The area is calm and also close to a bunch of things you may need like a supermarket and big chain restaurants like chick fil a and food trucks.

Great place, especially if you’re fond of this part of the island. My family is from the town of Naranjito, so I felt at home.

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location in the heart of the beat area of San Juan near great restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was great and all the necessary gear are provided by the host. Great food all around! Nice to have a parking spot included. Everything we were looking for!

Nadia’s home was beautiful. We loved it, where it was and everything about it. It’s a secure building and minimal apartments on each floor. The bed was SUPER comfy. I didn’t know I had to ask for the sleeper couch sheets prior but Nadia came within 30 minutes late at night to bring them to us. There is so much around whether to shop, eat, or do. The beach was a quick walk. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and would 10000% book again when I go back! Thanks for an amazing stay!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.
