This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. 2 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of room in the living room & very relaxing in the family/Florida room with an exercise machine along with a mat & stretching wheel. Three smartTV are provided: one in the kitchen/dining room, family room & one bedroom. I have a screen room with a glider & chairs (smokers are only allowed in the screen room & the porch) laundry is included. A new desk and office chair has been assembled recently.

Located in Port Ritchey FL, the villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom & Lanai sitting area, and a garage / gaming area for the kids. It’s north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our home is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

The home is located in a calm and quiet family neighborhood, within a 5-10 minute drive from New Port Richey Downtown, restaurants and market places. This home is perfect for a family with kids, a group of friends, travelers passing by or working professionals. We personally take care of it to keep it as we would want it for own family. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Oasis Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Perfect Getaway with amazing sunset views from the upstairs balcony and a floating dock on a canal perfect for kayaking and manatee sight seeing. This canal will also take you straight to the ocean. Very spacious home with a tennis table located on the first floor and a beautiful pool to enjoy! Close to many attractions like Weeki Wachee Springs, Outdoor trails, a Marina, Water Park, Hudson Beach and great seafood restaurants.

Dog Friendly House w/ Fenced Backyard

Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

Hudson is the best kept secret in Florida. This 2/2 is located just 200 yards from the Gulf of Mexico in the beautiful Sea Pines development. This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

1. Cotee River Tiki Hut

Private bungalow on the Cotee River with a dock. Boat, bicycle and golf cart rentals are close. Located 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.

Sunrise 2 is located in Port Richey, Fl, in a quiet area close to shops, a mall, and restaurants overlooking the ocean where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets. The whole house is decorated with a beach/island style so that our guests feel in a fresh and funky environment.
