My stay at Şilan was great , Şilan was always available is you need anything . The apartment is very close to the M2 subway train , T1 tramway. And close to a lot of local restaurants. The apartment was very clean and quiet . I really enjoyed my stay there .

Hamza ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen. Wir hatten das Pech während eines Erdbebens in seiner Unterkunft zu sein, aber Hamza konnte uns gut beruhigen. Die Unterkunft ist süß und sehr gemütlich (vor allem das Bett!!). Auch die Aussicht zu beiden Seiten ist einfach großartig. Die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr angenehm, nicht zu touristisch, mit lauter schönen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés. Wenn ihr nach Istanbul fahrt, wohnt unbedingt bei Hamza und euer Aufenthalt wird unvergesslich!

I stayed at the studio for 10 days. Honestly, the location is great for a tourist. Balat itself has so much to explore. Great restaurants and so much history. Eminonu and Tasking are like 15 mins bus ride away. Fahri is a great host. He was quite responsive and helped me with everything. He recommended places to go as well. My check-in was a bit late than usual but Fahri was very much cooperative with that. Fahri also instructed me about the taxi to take from the airport to the place upon my arrival. Studio is just perfect for a solo traveler. I highly recommend it x Best, Mohammadi

Снял апартаменты уже второй раз, очень доволен персоналом. Спасибо Мадоне и Ахмету за внимание, номера чистые и если есть вопросы бытовые то быстро решаются. На счёт расположения жилья - очень удобное, рядом метро Yenikapi и автобусная остановка, магазины, кафе и вещевой рынок. В 10 минутах ходьбы набережная Мраморного моря. Остался доволен, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. P.S Для любителей готовить дома, в аппараментах есть кухня.

Gerçekten mükemmel bir yerdi . Hem konum olsun hem ev olsun aynı fotoğraflardaki gibi. İletişimi ve bize verdiği bilgilerle de çok yardımcı oldu.Gerçekten her şeyi düşünmüşler ve eve girdiğimizde ikramları da vardı. Evin içinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Temizlik de çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle öneriyorum. Tekrardan kalmayı çok isterim .

Istanbul à Balat un quartier en pleine reconversion. D'un côté très traditionnel et de l'autre touristique, de quoi satisfaire tout le monde ! Le logement de Tunc correspondait à nos attentes, nous sommes enchanté.e de notre séjour.

The location couldn’t be better for exploring Balat! You step out of the building right into the middle of the best street. There’s a coffee shop right below the apartment which opens at 07:00, and the rest of the street comes to life at around 09:30-10:30. Boutiques, mini market, cafes, restaurants, rooftop tea spots, mocktail bars, bbq spots - all just steps away. It is noisy at night with music, people, cats and scooters - so pack earplugs or get some from the pharmacy down the road. The apartment is better in real life than in photos! It’s clean, spacious and the host was excellent. My husband was recovering from surgery so we needed more pillows. We asked the host and they were delivered very quickly. I’ve stayed in many airbnb and this is definitely one of the best. I’d recommend the restaurant right at the end of the street called Ballad - it’s a peaceful oasis amongst the hectic street. Great food and service

Great treat and attentions where given with Eren, he was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed, we asked for something else to get warmer since we are not used to the cold weather, and he super fast solved it for us! would 100 % recommend to stay with him. The house is so beautiful and clean. definitely would come back! thank you

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
