The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Emre's place suited us perfectly. It was great for us that ot had 2 bedrooms. It's quite funky for the price and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms was a real luxury for us. There was nothing lacking. The location was in a quiet back street with nice friendly handy shops across the road. Really close to ferries, busses and metro stations. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Great 3 floor house in Balat. 15 minutes from the center. Balat is super nice hipster neighborhood with lots of coffee places and local restaurants. The house had 5 bedrooms, all clean and organized. Super nice decor. Comfortable beds and in the 3rd floor you have a living room and dining room with a small kitchen to gather together. We were 8 adults and had lot of space.

Nurten is a friendly and welcoming host, she gave us all instructions we needed. Staying at her apartments was a great experience. Everything you need and wonderful location. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this modern apartment. The place looks much nicer than the photos, very clean and spacious. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The host was helpful and responsive. There were lots of beds and space. The place was about 5-10 mins walk to Metro/Trolley station. It was convenient to find everything we needed in the stores close to the apartment. We didn’t succeed to connect to the wifi, but the host later mentioned that maybe it needed a reset. Not complaining, but would be great to have a newer set of cooking pan. Also would be great to have some basic material such as cooking oil, trash bags, toilet papers, etc. overall, very happy with our stay.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and very big, perfect for 5 people. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and accommodating. He sent us all the necessary information in good time and was always available. If you had any questions you could always write to him and he helped you. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on how best to get around and what was nearby. We can only recommend the apartment 👍🏻 Thank you very much

We had a great time in özlems place she was very kind and helpful everything was nearby specially the shop we could buy water only ten meters from the house highly recommend you özlems place.

Our family had a wonderful 7-day stay at Abdullah's place. Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a truly cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The area itself was lovely and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Abdullah was an exceptional host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Abdullah's apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience.

apartment was very cozy clean and sweet. location is too good , tram and bus station is in 30 mtr. oguz was very attentive and always in touch. The house was perfectly clean, I have never seen such a clean bathroom and toilet in all my travels.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht hat. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und proaktiv. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich und in der Nähe von der Metro,Migros und Mc Donalds. Vielen lieben Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die Gastfreundschaft. Die Unterkunft von Nagehan ist wundervoll. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bilder zusehen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Busse sind wenige Minuten entfernt und man kommt super von A nach B. Nagehan ist ein wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und antwortete schnell, wenn ich Fragen hatte, super höflich und sympathisch!! Ich kann Nagehan und ihre Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der eine schöne Zeit in Istanbul verbringen möchte. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen! Vielen lieben Dank Nagehan für alles !!

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

4월 한달간 지냈습니다. 주인은 매우 친절하고 의사소통이 잘 되며 즉각 응답합니다. 위치는 구도심 주택가로서 주요 역사유적지까지 접근성이 좋습니다. 집 5분 거리에 많은 카페와 식당과 식료품 점이 있어서 편리합니다. 집 7분 거리에 버스, 트램 정거장이 있어서 이동이 쉽습니다. 7분거리에 바닷가 공원이 있어서 산책하기에 좋습니다. 집은 건물이 오래되어서 약간의 불편은 감수해야 합니다.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

너무 편안하고 경치도 좋고 숙소도 좋아서 더 있고 싶었습니다! 하지만 일정때문에 더 머물지 못해 아쉽지만 나중에 근처 방문하게 되면 믿고 다시 예약할 수 있을 것 같습니다
