Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

The cabin and apartment were perfect for our needs. we will definitely be back. Ruth was both friendly and responsive!

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

Great location and very comfortable

The place was perfect for my wife's get away birthday trip. When we arrived they had a happy birthday sign hanging in the kitchen for her. She was throughly surprised as was I, its the little things that matter. The place was clean and well organized with all the amities we needed. Check in was easy and communication with our hosts was great. It was a perfect location for our hiking adventures, relaxing evenings, and good food. Highly recommend if you are interested in the area.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a very quiet setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The only irritant was the shower, it is very loud and creaky. It was a bit rainy during our visit, and there were plenty of inside activities provided by the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

Great accommodations! comfortable, everything we needed. Staying a little ways out from busy Corvallis gave us a quiet respite to relax and recharge. Pool table was a huge hit with my housemates!

The house was in a location that was private and easy to get to town for groceries. Views from the house to the ocean were fantastic. The house itself has a lot of stairs which can be a problem for those with ambulatory challenges. Waldport is a quiet town and less touristy, which we appreciated. We loved our 8 day stay there. We also appreciated Jon's flexibility in allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family situation that arose.

Jim's place is the perfect type of beach house for a getaway to Yachats. Great well stocked kitchen. A comfortable bed. Ample heat and a crackling fireplace for ambiance. We spent a couple of nights at Jim's with out dog and it really was a treat to be in a private setting with the ocean so close away. This place is special!

We had a great stay here! I'd love to stay again. Quiet environment, easy walks to restaurants, shops and the beach.

We stayed with our 11 year old daughter & Mini Aussie. We were all very comfortable. The beach is a short, easy walk from the house. The beach is clean & the access is easy to maneuver (slight hill but nothing too steep.) There are rocks & tide pools for kids & plenty of beach to run. Everyone we met was friendly. The house is close to many restaurants & activities. We went to the nearby casino to eat dinner (buffet) & see a concert. Our 11 year old was welcome at both. The house was clean, well stocked, & as described/pictured in the listing. The beds/linens are comfortable. They have games, puzzles, & even dog toys/dishes. The check in & out process was easy (especially the asks at check out.) The home is fairly priced which is nice to see. If we could change anything, it would be a fenced in yard, larger TV’s in the bedrooms, another shower, and A/C (they do provide fans), but these things aren’t needed for a great stay. Overall, we had an A+ time & will stay again. Thank you!

The house was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. There is a grocery store a walkable distance, but you have to cross a busy road. The views from the house/deck are fantastic! The path to the beach is super close. There is ample parking and the dog run worked great for our little dog. I would definitely go back to this house again. Our family had a great stay!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

Had a delightful couple of days at the coast with my husband and dogs. House was comfortable and we loved the decor. Kitchen has salt and pepper so bring any other spices you may want, otherwise very well appointed kitchen. Will stay again!

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

Have stayed at this place before. Troy and his team are awesome. Instructions for entry are spot on. Please was clean and as described. Ocean view is amazing.

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!
