My friend Ziemek will greet you and show you around. It's just in front of the sky-train station so easy to get here from the Airport. It's 5 min away form the False Creek, 5 min away from the historic Gastown, 10 min away from downtown and 7 from the troubled area of Hastings and Main.

This is a no party space with a suite above. TV comes with basic cable and Netflix. It is very close to public transit, bike lanes, downtown and UBC. Free parking on street.
