Violeta’s property was perfect for our two week January winter sun holiday. The apartment is within a complex where we were able to use the pools, sun loungers and gym. The apartment itself is light, nicely decorated and well equipped - it was perfect for the two of us and it was great to have the patio area. The apartment is less than a five minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Communication with Violeta was always easy and she responded quickly to any messages I sent. The check-in process was very easy and was arranged at our convenience. Guests with mobility problems might like to note that there is an external staircase up to the apartment. Overall I was very happy with our stay in Violeta’s apartment and would happily stay there again.

Het verblijf was ideaal om samen met mijn zoon een paar dagen de regio te verkennen. Compact, maar gezellig, het heeft al het nodige dat te verwachten is. Goede en vlotte communicatie via GSM met antwoorden in geval van vragen. De parking nabij is gratis en heel goed. Het was wel wat zoeken om een plaats, maar na wat rondrijden vonden we steeds iets een locatie om aan te raden

We would happily stay here again, it was ideal - clean, spacious and well located. The outside terraces are great, with a nice big sunshade, and the pool is large and was quiet when we visited. Lovely restaurants nearby and a range of beaches within walking distance. The communication was excellent, easy check in and out.

Great clean and quiet appartement, with nice terrace, view over pool to the sea. Excellent equipped, bathroom essentials, towels, kitchen essentials and herbs, everything to feel at home. Highly recommendable price quality, very clean, attenfull emailing, good instructions, guide on time to explain everything, flexible checkout. If you want a relaxing & cosy stay in palm mar (car hire recommended, but this we knew) , it can be your best port to come home after an adventourous day discovering Tenerife. Don’t hesitate, we felt home & that has to be seen as a compliment for Gierde, the host.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e in zona molto ben servita dai servizi essenziali. Dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie compreso tutte le attrezzature primarie, parcheggio privato e piscina condominiale. Vanessa è stata sempre attenta e disponibile alle nostre richieste fatte prima della partenza e si è resa disponibile durante la permanenza anche se non è servito perché avevamo tutto ciò che vi era necessario. Valuteremo sicuramente un ritorno da loro!

Logement idéal pour des vacances parfaites. La résidence est facile d'accès, calme et sécurisée. Nous avons parcouru l'île du Nord au Sud et l'emplacement est parfait. Rien ne manque dans le logement, on se sent "comme à la maison". Outre la beauté du lieu et la qualité des prestations, ce logement a attiré notre attention car il semblait très pratique avec des enfants. Et bien nous n'avons pas été déçu, les enfants ont adoré la chambre, les jeux à dispositions, et en particulier les couverts 😉😅 Tout cela à rendu notre séjour détendant et sans prise de tête. Je recommande absolument et si nous revenons un jour nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs ! Et merci Lucia, hôte très sympathique et de bons conseils, pour nous avoir permis d'arriver très tôt le matin.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The space was very clean and peaceful, bed was very comfortable and neighborhood was very safe. The hosts are very responsive and had great communication every step of the way. We loved our stay!

We spent a fantastic month in this apartment! Everything was in perfect order, well maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities. The location could not be better: within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Fañabé & Playa del Duque and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The spacious terrace with sea view was an absolute added value - the ideal place to relax and enjoy the many beautiful sunsets. What really made our experience extraordinary was the host Filipe. He is without a doubt the best we have ever had - attentive, helpful and always available when needed. A host beyond category! Thank you very much Felipe! In short, an absolute must for anyone looking for a carefree and comfortable holiday on the coast. We would love to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était propre, bien équipé et très confortable. La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue, sécurisée et facile d’accès. Tout peut se faire à pied : les plages et le centre-ville sont à seulement 5 minutes, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Simona est une hôte disponible, réactive et très agréable. Merci encore pour tout ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Meget fin og funktionel lejlighed. Vi indrettede kontor og arbejdspladser, så vi kunne arbejde i de 2 uger vi var i Marias lejlighed. Der var rigtig gode borde og stole, og indretningen af lejligheden var perfekt til dette formål. Lejligheden er moderniseret og har bl.a. et nyere badeværelse, et velindrettet køkken/stue og en meget fin altan. Der er et par mindre ulemper ved lejligheden, som f.eks. et meget lille køleskab samt en meget blød seng. Dette har jeg skrevet til Maria, og hun har sagt at det vil blive ordnet. En sidste ting man skal være opmærksom på er, at lejligheden ligger i den del af bygningen, der ligger i nærheden af vejen, så der kan godt være lidt støj. Men ikke noget stort problem. Vi sov fint om natten alligevel.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. I'd go as far as saying it's the best Airbnb we've stayed at. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had plenty of towels, including ones for the pool. Location is quieter than the more popular resorts, but just how we like it. Will most definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The outdoor space is fantastic and gets the sun for most of the day. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The area is really quiet particularly at night which, for us, was worth the 20/25 minute walk back up the hill from the main resort where there are loads of restaurants and bars. Cameron was super friendly, responsive and helpful giving us information about what was going on in the area whilst we were there. We would recommend his apartment without hesitation and would stay again if we were returning to the resort. Thanks for a great stay Cameron.

We had an amazing stay at Sara’s place! We have been here for a month now and we are sad to leave. However, we enjoyed it so much we have booked to stay in this apartment again next year! The apartment is very spacious and has a large balcony which gets the sun all day. Sara was an exceptional host; she responded very quickly at all times. We only had one slight issue with the fridge not being cold enough, when we messaged Sara she had it replaced within an hour, couldn’t ask for more! The apartment had a perfect location, it’s in La Caleta, which is a beautiful seaside village with great restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Overlooking golf course and marina is a very nice apartment located Right above the 19th Hole bar and restaurant. Very convenient market just across the road… In friday and saturday the bar has live music …very enjoiable also from house… The apartment is very clean and well distributed. Jon is very responsive and could also accomodate our late check out… Very recommedsed. Federica

A perfect modern and contemporary villa in a small peaceful village about 5km from the main motorway. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you would need, all on one level and lots of outdoor space for relaxing, a heated pool and an outdoor kitchen. There are a few local restaurants, a bank, supermarket, pharmacy and a petrol station all nearby within walking distance. Yosi was always available if needed and responded immediately. I would highly recommend this villa if you want somewhere slightly more peaceful than the busy resorts. We loved it and hope to return.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer wunderbar ruhigen und mit so viel Details und Liebe gestalteten Umgebung! Die Fotos lassen das kaum erahnen ! Die Wohnung ist wie wir fanden größer als die Fotos es andeuten Die Küche war super ausgestattet und super sauber es mangelte wirklich an nichts und ich bin mir sicher falls doch hätte uns Katharina sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie schon erwähnt ist ein Auto und ein wenig Mut beim ersten Mal die Straße hochfahren notwendig, aber dafür wird man belohnt. Obwohl noch andere Gäste da waren hat man trotzdem viel Privatsphäre sodass dies überhaupt nicht stört . Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit ein großes danke an dich, Katharina !

Monica and Luis were fantastic hosts. Very communicative from the outset. The house was exactly as described. We loved the location, very peaceful, but still within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and facilities in Siam Mall. House was lovely and just like the pictures. We would definitley stay here again, or another property managed by Monica and Luis.
