Unit #1 Petoskey Townhouse

This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street.

Enjoy this trendy and newly remodeled home only one mile from downtown Petoskey! With a large fenced in backyard overlooking a field and wooded area, you can feel like you are out in the countryside of Northern Michigan but conveniently located near downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Also very close to many of the local wineries in the Petoskey area. This home is only a few minute drive to Lake Michigan and other surrounding inland lakes. This is a perfect place to experience Up North!

A three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and workspace. On a quiet street, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. (Another apt. Next door is available for booking with Airbnb. Our apt. is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mt's golf/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.​​​​​ We welcome bookings from guests ages 21 and over.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Idyl Daes Cottage was built in the 1950s on the Tunnel of Trees Scenic Heritage Route which follows Lake Michigan’s stunning shoreline to Cross Village. It is located two miles from downtown Harbor Springs and is close to a number of spectacular beaches and hiking trails. The large field stone fireplace is perfect for cool evenings and the spacious screened porch is ideal for relaxing summer evenings with lake breezes.
