[HOT TUB] Twin Rivers Tiny House, Latvian Retreat

The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Bring your boots and swim-suits! Adventure trails and lakes are nearby, and the community pool is open through Labor Day! From Arnold to Ebbetts Pass the options for mountain fun are endless. "2 Dog Lodge" is the perfect cabin for your family and puppos too! Hike to mountain lakes, relax at the community pool and enjoy the yard for evening grilling and chilling. Our cabin is located just a few turns off of Hwy 4, in the wooded neighborhood of Camp Connell. Every season offers something special.

Not into adventure? The cabin also offers great lounging by the fire and two large decks to take in the fresh air.

Easily accessible via a paved road, 3 minutes to Avery, 8 minutes to Arnold, and 12 minutes to Murphys.

Charming one bedroom with loft, sleeps 5. Queen size bed in the loft, twin bed with pop up trundle bed in the bedroom and full sleeper sofa in the front room. Big screen smart TV with dish, Netflix and WiFi. $1 shuttle service to Bear Valley ski resort. Shuttle service is walking distance from condo. Shuttle can be caught at 4way stop and parking lot across from Market. Walking distance to cross country skiing. Walking distance to hotel lodge, market and restaurants.

We enjoy sharing it with others. Please note this cabin does not have AC or central heat. Only 3 miles from Big Trees State Park and 20 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort. Sled on the property or just around the corner. Pet friendly ($40 pet fee collect separately through AirBnB).
