I had a wonderful time

Our stay at the Airbnb was amazing! The location was perfect! We did long beach walks every morning which was just steps away from where we were at. I loved that the pool was heated which was perfect on the cooler days. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning with a view from our living room area was spectacular. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will be back! I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Loved our stay at Seaside Villas! It was really nice to have the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! Easy beach access and walkable to everything in Coligny. Super clean too. Many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

This place is so peaceful and you really can not beat the view!! Clean and comfortable, we loved it! The use of the dock was great for my sons that love to fish. We saw stingray, caught trout and crabs. Kitchen was well equipped as we cooked there and enjoyed our meals looking out over the water! Can’t wait to come back!

Johnny’s place was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great property and very super easy to communicate with the host.

Ryan's place is great. Isolated and quiet. Beautiful, old Majestic trees with Spanish moss are a part of the great view. If you are looking for a lot of activity, this place and surrounding area are not it. This is a great place to simply unwind, relax, recharge and be isolated. You have a nice dock all to yourself that leads to water (depending on time of day and the water Tied). Nice place to set up a chair and just relax or even fish a little. There are TONS of bugs around so be sure to bring the bug repellant if you are planning to be outside. Inside the house is clean and neatly furnished. Very good sized bathroom and good water pressure. Main bed is a bit loose (for me anyway) and is disconnected from the headboard. This results in all the pillows falling into the gap between bet and headboard. Pillows are a bit to big in my opinion. You feel like instead of resting your head you are snuggling a giant bean bag. But overall I like it a lot!

It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

Excellent rental! Beautifully situated overlooking the Broad Creek Marshland. Gorgeous finishes and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication was stellar and it was easy to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't require out-the-door beach access, it is a great central location, less than 15 min to Coligny Beach, shopping and lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The owners of this property obviously take pride in their home and ensure a great experience! HIGHLY recommend and will look forward to another visit!

This is a great place to get off the grid and actually spend time with people you’re on vacation with. Shows the beauty of nature and also feels cozy and at home. Love it

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

The unit is in a great location. You have great access to the beach. The unit was exactly as shown.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.
