This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

vraiment une excellente surprise le logement est agréable le petit déjeuner est fourni. Le logement est mieux en vrai par rapport aux photos.

Nous avons passé un séjour de Noël en famille vraiment très agréable dans la ferme Champenoise ! Le salon au coin du feu, la grande tablée de réveillon autour du poêle(la cuisine ouverte dans son prolongement), le baby foot, le billard, le sauna, les jeux de société, les grandes balades dans la campagne alentour, il y avait de quoi réjouir toutes les générations ! L’accueil de Jean-Yves (et de Caroline!) a été parfait ! Pour l’été, la maison est dotée en plus d’un grand jardin. À seulement une trentaine de kilomètres de Provins; idéal pour une escapade ! Je recommande vivement !

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

Très bon séjour chez Marigue. Le logement est grand, la deco est belle et la localisation sur une colline en hauteur de villages est très sympathique. Marigue est très agréable et arrangeante. Nous avions un peu de retard pour l'arrivée et elle a su nous rassurer et ne pas nous presser. durant notre séjour, elle à su se rendre très disponible, dès que nous avions une question, elle était au bout de téléphone. Et très arrangeante également sur l'horaire de départ. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 11, je recommande ce logement 5/5. Encore merci Marigue.

Séjour parfait lieu calme et reposant, piscine et jacuzzi très propre et les hôtes présent sur place sont très discret.

Great place to stay for climbing in the Fontainebleau forest. It's only about 10-15 minutes drive from the main climbing areas. Big house, plenty of space for the family to spread out into, comfortable beds and sofa, toys for younger children and garden to play in. We got the train to Paris for one day: the station is walking distance, trains every 20 mins and just over 1 hour journey to central Paris. The pizza place at the end of the road is great, there's a bakery, a little shop, a pharmacy, a play area and basketball/football courts all near the station. Demy was really helpful all the way through our stay.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

Really beautiful place inside!!! And area is lovely but I would say it’s difficult if your travelling solo with a buggy/ child as the area is very hilly/ incline etc but really beautiful and lots to do and the host is really lovely! And friendly!

Schönes, ruhiges und sicheres Appartement im Herzen von Paris. Ein echter Mehrwert ist die tolle große Terrasse. Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten um nach den ausgiebigen Erkundigungen der französischen Hauptstadt gemütlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett rundet das schöne Appartement ab. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants, Brasserien sowie Bäckereien. Der öffentliche Nähverkehr funktioniert bestens und das Appartement liegt unweit mehrerer Metrostationen und Bushaltestellen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Raphael war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der immer zu erreichen hat, sich toll um uns gekümmert hat. Seine Tipps waren sensationell! Der beste Bäcker der Stadt liegt direkt an der Ecke! Das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr niedlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind typisch Paris;-) allein das Bett war eine kleine Herausforderung, da es sich um recht harte Klappcouch handelte. Aber wir waren abends immer so müde, dass wir dennoch sehr gut geschlafen haben. Besonders schön war’s, den Kaffee auf dem kleinen französischen Balkon zu trinken. Hier blüht sogar ein Zitronenbäumchen! Das Apartment hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Waschmaschine. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank, Raphael.

Excellent séjour chez Franck qui nous a accueillis chez lui. L'appartement est superbe, calme et confortable et à 2 pas du métro, idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Franck a été super réacif pendant tout notre séjour et nous avons eu le privilège de le rencontrer avant notre départ. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël 🤩. Merci mille fois si nous avons une adresse à recommander pour loger près de Paris ce sera là!

Der Aufenthalt in Paris war gelungen. Da es für die Kinder der erste Aufenthalt war, haben wir die klassischen Stationen abgearbeitet. Julias Wohnung war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt geeignet. Die Metrolinien 2+3 haben und zügig überall hingebracht. Julia war gut zu erreichen und Ihre Beschreibungen zur Wohnung und zum Erhalt des Schlüssels waren sehr gut. Der 11 Arrondisment ist lebendig und vom Bäcker über den Supermarkt bis zu Restaurants aller couleur ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Kurzum, die Woche Paris in Julias Wohnung war sehr gelungen und wir würden Sie jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Viaggio in famiglia, con 2 bimbi, spazio accogliente per gli standard di Parigi in contesto con parco giochi condominiale. Vicino a più fermate di metro, quindi molto ben collegato. Host estremamente gentile e affidabile. Consigliatissimo

Un appartement au calme avec une cour privée fermée ce qui est important lorsque nous laissons quelques bagages dans le véhicule. L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipée. Nous sommes venus avec notre Puce de 2 ans et elle y était heureuse et apaisée. Nous reviendrons c’est sur et certain ! ☺️

Eric und Alain haben uns vor der Reise ein hilfreiches Welcome Book geschickt und uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüsst und Tipps für Paris gegeben. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, danke, Eric, für den freundlichen Empfang! Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen: In einer Gegend mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Aber da die Fenster auf der Seite des privaten Innenhofs (mit tollem Garten!) waren, war es nachts komplett still und wir konnten mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, sehr angenehm. Im Garten hat es einen Teich und man darf die Fische füttern, ein Highlight für unsere Söhne!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!

I really enjoyed staying here. The location had everything we needed. Just all around one of my favorite places we have stayed in.
