Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

The parking is private to enable you to come and go as you please. There are beautiful views across the fields to meadows with horses grazing. From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.
