We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Everything as described in the add and very helpful when requested late check out. Would 100% stay again would of booked the week after if was available but unfortunately was fully booked

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

It was a wonderful place to rent for the weekend love the place especially the down stairs spacious and we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Shops are within walking distance over all it was excellent and would use again

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Immaculately clean and comfortable small house on quiet road within walking distance to the Motorpoint arena (where we were attending an event)…info about the steep driveway are correct but it’s really a non-issue as there is loads of parking space on the road right outside the property and Sara provides a parking permit for one car if needed. Could not be easier and Sara is very helpful and almost instantly responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Cedar Place is a beautiful, welcoming home. It’s well equipped and comfortable in every respect- I was personally delighted to find a quality duvet protecter on my duvet, a touch I’ve seldom seen. The five of us made good use of the huge teapot during our stay. Becky provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. We would give Cedar Place 6plus stars if we could.

An excellent place to say and great communication from Cara. On-site parking made arrival and unloading really easy, and it's a relatively short walk into East Leake centre where there are plenty of amenities.

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Appartement magnifique, confortable, impeccable, au calme et bien équipé. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement.

Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

A lovely place. Easily accessible on public transport and walking distance to town. Great hosts and will stay again.

I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to spend time in the city centre as it’s 5 min walk and it’s next to the train station with a Tesco , sally was wonderful with answering any questions I had and also gave me an extra hour check out , I will defo try to use sally every time I’m in Nottingham from now on.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

Would definately look to going back to here, ( if was availiable) if we went back up that way again on our travels. Comfy, very secure, easy to reach all places, for food, drinking, shops, and The Motorpoint Arena. Lok Cheung is above and beyond helpful, and answers any questions, so so prompt. Would really recommend here. It is noted on her page about noise, we honestly didnt notice this. Might be bit louder maybe on weekends.(we stayed week days) Thank you for letting us stay. We had a great few days. Thank you. X

Ideal place for our needs. The flat is very clean, comfy bed and has off road parking. Beautiful area for a walk around a local reservoir which is only a few minutes walk. A local pub which is about 15 minute walk.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever encountered, I have paid double the amount for airbnbs that don’t have HALF the amenities this one has! Anything you can name, this airbnb has it and Stephen was such a kind + interactive host. There is seasoning, sauces in the fridge, many pans, an amazing drying rack and loads more useful things. The balcony is gorgeous!! I’d love to stay here again and there was no problems from the neighbours, everything about this airbnb was accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you so much Stephen :)

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.
